Greg and his team are the best pest control company around. I’ve used Greg twice now. I live in a house built in 1941 so I’ve got mice every so often. Greg does a great job of looking into every area of the house, inside and outside, got into my attic and garage. He uses small bait control traps that draw the mice outside, put some outside perimeter of house and some inside. Last year I used a different company. Greg found the large traps this other company used. Greg said those traps are for rats and chipmunks. Shouldn’t be used. Turns out my neighbor found dead chipmunks in her yard last year. I’m horrified I unintentionally killed chipmunks that weren’t causing me any problems. He also found a meal moth issue I had because I put birdseed in my house during winter to feed the birds. He’s coming back with special traps for those, showed me how to clean and spotted a small larvae on my ceiling.

Can’t recommend them enough! Had received so many cautionary tales about other pest management companies not showing up, or using products not safe for indoor pets. The Eco-Sound team were so thorough and knowledgeable and friendly, and got rid of my carpenter ants and indoor spiders/earwigs the first time they came out. I had some bees nesting around the house too and they said they would be gone at the beginning of June, and they were spot on! I signed up for their regular maintenance program and they set up the appointment themselves without having to remind them, and were here the day they scheduled. I also felt so much better knowing all the products they used were safe for my indoor pet!

Very thorough! We were stuck with Aptive and I’d had enough of their shoddy work. I found Eco-Sound while browsing around on Google and I’m glad I did. Greg took the time to go over all of my questions and concerns. He was upfront with the pricing and agreement and squeezed me into the schedule later that week. James was the one who came out for my appointment. He also explained every step of the process and took his time to ensure everything was done according to my request. My family and I can finally rest easy knowing the house isn’t surrounded by huge spiders!

Their natural spray works! One summer I didn’t have them spray the exterior of my house and there was a very clear difference. I also feel safer knowing it’s not crazy chemicals being sprayed around my house. Thank you Greg!

I spoke with Greg regarding questions and concerns about an ongoing pest issue at a rental property Eco Sound treated in August 2025. Greg was extremely rude, emotional and unprofessional in coming to a resolution and plan to resolve an ongoing pest issue at the property he treated that is currently under warranty. Rather than arriving at a productive and professional resolution, Greg was rude and accusatory. I do not recommend this service provider and will seek other extermination professionals in the future.
