I am really impressed with the service EcoShield has provided so far. Desmond was over yesterday and did an incredible job getting into all of yhe nooks and crannies around the house. Because I am on a lake there are a lot of spiders and their service has helped so much. I have very tall, hard ro reach spaces and Deamond figured out how ro get to very inaccessible places. I was very impressed with his eagerness ro help and his professionalism. I highly recommend them.

We recently had a pest control service at our home, and I’m very happy with the work done. The technician Mr. Michael was professional, polite, and thorough in explaining everything clearly. They took the time to check all areas carefully and made sure the treatment was done properly. Since then, we’ve noticed a big improvement, and our home feels much more comfortable. I appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them to others!

Had questions regarding my residential services. Called the local number and was assisted by Kay. She explained my situation and offered options. Kay was informative, understanding of my needs and was professional. Going in I was prepared to cancel my contact. Kay was not pushy but more pleasantly persistent and I truly felt she was doing her best to make me happy with EcoShield.

Michael came to our home and did a wonderful and thorough job. He was courteous and prompt. He went right to work. He completed the outside work first and then came into the house to finish there. While inside he made sure to make me aware that we should keep our small dog away from anything he sprayed for 30 minutes, as it would obviously be harmful to her wet. He was cautious and courteous around our belongings and easy to chat with. He made this whole process comfortable and it took no time at all! Thank you Michael! Great job!

We had a great experience with our pest control tech Michael. Super friendly, funny, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly. He made sure to cover all the problem areas, especially our ground bees, and answered all my questions without rushing. Really appreciated how easy and stress-free the whole process was. Definitely recommend!

I switched pest control services this spring and have been impressed with Ecoshield. They are not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. Rodrick H visited my home yesterday and did a very thorough treatment of my home and property. Ecoshield is very good with texting and emailing service notices and updates. Impressive pest protection so far.

I absolutely loved my experience with Ecoshield, They always went above my expectations and always showed up when they said they’d be there. Anytime I would need to speak to customer service, they were easily accessible with very short wait times. One particular customer representative - PINK Was always super friendly and very effective in helping me. I’ve spoken to PINK on more than one occasion and she’s always been consistent in her delivery and service. She always made me feel like my business was actually appreciated and valued.
