    Used them for a full year for a property with 2 sizable homes and 1 shop. First visit was thorough and great. After that, each visit got shorter and less detailed but we weren’t home to speak to them (we have cameras) nor should we have to if they did their job like they promised us. Their most recent visit was 40 minutes to treat all 3 spaces (13 minutes per dwelling of this size is not nearly adequate) and soon after, we found multiple large wasps nests. It became apparent that they were only treating the most convenient and visible areas. Our house isn’t an easy one (2 stories, very tall, multiple dormers, etc) and we were assured it wouldn’t be a problem. Yes, they offer free interim visits if you call and report issues but we shouldn’t have to babysit or double check their work - especially for what we were paying. We hired them to take it off our plate, not for us to have to still get on the roof and check everywhere.

    Ullha was a great customer service representative. She arranged inside service for me quickly. While her computer loaded we chatted about family. She was kind and attentive; I'd give her a hug if I could 🤗. Thank you as always.

    I have been using EcoShield for several years and at several properties. EcoShield and especially service tech William Brooks provide outstanding service plus their emailed invoices are easy to understand and easy to pay online. They always call in advance of an appointment + always email a follow up summary including the name of the person that performed the service. We've always gotten great service from tech William Brooks. I've also gotten quick responses to any questions I might have. This is a quality company with great service.

    I have been a satisfied Ecoshield customer for the past three years, and the quarterly maintenance checks have consistently met my expectations. However, I am writing to express my serious concerns about a recent experience that has completely undermined my trust in your company. This past summer, I requested an inspection for potential rat issues. The sales representative who conducted the inspection informed me that I had multiple entry points, active rats in my crawl space, and insulation damage from urine and nesting. He quoted $14,000 for comprehensive work including insulation replacement, decontamination, sealing entry points, and installing new vapor barrier. He pressured me to make an immediate decision that day. I chose to seek a second opinion before proceeding with such extensive work. The independent inspector found no evidence of rat urine, droppings, or nesting. They identified only one small opening that was too narrow for rat entry and could be easily sealed with pliers. The discrepancy between these assessments is deeply troubling. While I understand that upselling is part of sales, the extent of the misrepresentation I experienced goes far beyond acceptable business practices. The claim of active infestation, multiple entry points, and damaged insulation appears to have been fabricated. I believe the photos shown to me were not actually from my property. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and has destroyed my confidence in Ecoshield.

    I wanted to share my concerns about the most recent service visit to my property. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations: • The technician did not ring my doorbell or notify me when he arrived, despite the visit being scheduled. • He did not ask for my input on what areas I felt needed treatment for insects and bugs. • He parked in my driveway rather than on the street, which I found inconsiderate. • The work itself was incomplete — there are still webs and spiders around my home. • I had to open my door because of the loud banging noises from the tools he was using, which did not feel safe or careful. • Most concerning, he was extremely rude and never acknowledged me or introduced himself. Overall, this was a very poor service experience. Due to these issues, I have decided to discontinue working with your company. As the YEARS have gone on, the service has continued to decline. The quality has gotten worse and worse, to the point where I don’t even know why I stayed with the company this long. At this stage, I’ve decided to cancel immediately.

    I’ve a customer of ecosheid for more than 2 years. I needed to cancel the service due to moving. Edna helped me with the process. She offered me a few different options to allow me to restart and the new location with the discount. The cancellation process went to smoothly. I like the experience.

    I recently had a bad interaction with one of the employees at EcoShield I wanted to make a complaint because this employee was very rude and unprofessional. When I came home I seen he was talking to my grandpa and my grandpa kept saying no thank you to the services being offered. The man continued to push and talk down on my grandpa saying he doesn't know what he's talking about and telling him where the ants may be coming from. After my grandpa said no, the guy still wouldn't leave and continued saying the same thing louder and more aggressive. At this point he kept pushing after being told no over 4 times. That's when I told him I said he already said no and that he needs to leave because at this point it's harassment. He continued to stay there and talk even after being denied multiple times. I asked for his name and company and he lied and said he worked for Terminix, i have a picture of him and he is covering his logo with his thumb. I have never experienced so bad customer service in my life

    Kevin did a fantastic job! I hurriedly went out back to scoop up after the dogs so he didn’t have to worry about stepping in anything. He went the long way round so I could finish up! He also was very kind in giving us the reminder to wait a bit before letting the dogs out and also informed us of the other critter activity near our house. He was kind and informative.

    Service area was Gig Harbor. I sadly paid for this service, in retrospect, for 5 years. When I realized that the service probably doesn't benefit much and most of the time do not address the things I had asked for (spider webs on outdoor back patio, etc.) it was time to cancel. I work full time as a surgeon and do not have the luxury to call during business hours to cancel service. I tried for 3 months when the opportunity arose but never an answer. I had quarterly service in Aug 2025 where I was charged 163$. I disputed the charge because the company MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO MANGE ACCOUNTS OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS AND WEEKENDS. I was unable to physically cancel this service. Of course like a poorly managed, immoral bunch of cowards who lack common human decency and empathy, they sent my balance to a collections agency in CA. I called EcoShield the next day to talk to the first line customer support, then her supervisor "Jax" who admitted that the lack of account control was not ideal but the internet and IT world is "ever changing". Never the less, I asked to speak with his manager who was not available, and was supposed to call me back that calendar day so I should "keep my phone line open." Would you believe that I never received any phone call. After discussing with my legal friends, they advised that there is little chance this will hold in small claims court and reimbursement for service cannot be held because of a poorly run business with poor principles and even worse customer service. So I paid the 163$ to rid of this headache. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMMEND NOT STARTING WITH THIS BUSINESS THAT (1) LEAVES VERY LITTLE MEANS TO HAVE AN OUT WHEN NEEDED NOR THE PLATFORM TO MANAGE ACCOUNTS, (2) LACKS THE DECENCY OR THE MORAL CHARACTER TO ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION AND (3) REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY.

    Sales guy stopped by and pitched me on how he was treating my neighbor's unit and would waive any setup fees since they were already in the neighbor. Said I could cancel at any time but failed to mention that there was a $200 cancelation fee. I paid over $400 for two quarterly treatments and ants were back. I called for one of their free touch-up appointments but it was scheduled for 5 days later. By that time I used my own ant bait traps and got rid of them myself. Save your money and avoid signing up for their service.

    William conducted the bi-monthly service at our home. He was very professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and then made sure to address those and anything else that he found. He followed up with me at the end of the service to explain everything that he did.
