I have been using E&G exterminators for my rental properties for many years. This company is very thorough, prompt and efficient. The technicians are well trained and their methods are effective. I recommend E & G Exterminators very highly.

You won't receive the service specified in thee contract if you don't grasp their hand while they service your property. The servicing doesn't worry the technicians in the least. They ran through the truck's contents and removed the equipment, I believe on management's request, just to snap pictures. In less than five minutes, they were in and out, and they came up with a $190 cost. They point out that even though we can always arrange a service, the technicians could care less about the same service issue. Very disappointing.

Ed Morris was excellent in dealing with the raccoon issue we had under our porch. He came prepared, handled it safely, and made sure everything was sealed up properly. Great service!

Bats in our house was no joke! Our son was walking in the house at 1am and the bat almost hit him trying to get into our overhang. E&G came immediately, and the job was done in less than 24 hours. Jamie, Joe and Ken were so professional, calmed my fears and explained step by step how they were going to fix the problem and protect us going forward. We called over the weekend. I went into thorough detail about the wasp infestation that we needed taken care of. Explained everything fully. We scheduled a technician to come out today to treat the issue. Thankfully my husband works remotely or both of us would have lost hours waiting. The tech showed up about 30 minutes late to the appointment after saying he’d only be a few minutes late. He told my husband he’d need to write up a plan of action & estimate and wouldn’t be able to treat today. That was the point getting the wasp infestation taken care of today not tomorrow. My husband told him we weren’t interested in them coming back. Then the wheeling & dealing began the cost would be this unless we signed today they could knock $25.00 off. I called a different company who for $50.00 less will treat on the spot no need to write up estimates, or action plans. These are wasps, not an unknown pest. After my husband turned him away I received multiple calls, and texts. Saying now they could treat the wasps today. I would rather get stung treating this myself then to use a company who pulls bs tactics like this.

I had a yellow jacket infestation and Marko came out explained everything to me. Educated me on yellow jackets and proceeded to remedy the situation. Unfortunately it required an additional visit, that E&G covered under their warranty, a real class act and appreciated. Marko came out again and hopefully this time we are done with them. The hive is gone and he treated the entire area again. I have to say they honored their work and I will definitely use them again. Marko is the Bee Man he really knows his stuff.

I do not recommend using them. I was not happy with the service. They stated that I had a 3-month money-back guarantee if I was not satisfied, but when I called the owner, he said I owed him money for the service calls. These guys were treating for snakes. Out of the three times they came, they provided the correct service one out of the three times. It was after the 3rd one that I decided to give up on these guys and find someone else. The owner stated he would refund my money after some back and forth, but I had to dispute the charge on my card because he never did. There are many exterminators out there; avoid this one at all costs.

Lies, empty promises, Unreliable!!! Someone unfortunately recommended Eddy/Ed from this company. I made it clear this was an urgent issue that needed addressing asap. I was strung along all day with texts promising a specific time for inspection and treatment. No call/text no show!!! Upon following up via text, the stringing and empty promises continued until after dark with still no show and then the responses stopped. No apology no explanation. I wouldn’t trust this company to take out trash let alone exterminate. I should’ve done research on them rather than just going off a referral. Thankfully, I found a legit honorable company to address the problem. I do not recommend wasting your time with E&G.

I had a bat problem in my garage and attic and E & G did a great job. It took a few visits to get all the compromised areas plugged up and the bat tunnel arranged to finally get them removed, but all is good now. They did a nice job on the clean up too. Thank you!
