Raul arrived on time and ready to work. He was extremely courteous, easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. He got right to work. He completed the job efficiently and cleaned up the area and removed all boxes. He explained how the dehumidifier worked, showed me the manual, and gave me pointers of what to look for when it is functioning properly. I have used Ehrlich for controlling insects/ants for years. I am writing to commend my current applicator, Victor Gabriel, for his exceptional abilities, knowledge and interest on my sometimes overwhelming pest issues. About 3 weeks ago in July he quickly & completely eradicated a well-established European Hornet nest, and today he attacked prolific ant populations with appropriate chemicals after listening to what I have to say. He keeps me informed (including documentation) while making positive suggestions. He is efficient yet pleasant so I do look forward to his coming. Not only do I depend on him to control insect infestations, I consider him a friend.
