The technicians from Ehrlich are very professional. We always get notified ahead of time of the visit. We have been customers for years and are very happy with their services.

I have had Austin Cooper for several years now. I count on him for making sure my mice are contained and my house is sprayed for insect bees since I am allergic to them He knows exactly how I like things done and when! He always informs me of the status of his findings He does it with a smile, humor, and professionalism ! If Austin ever left I would have to go with him and that’s the truth!!!

There are some good people at Ehrlich locally (Colin, in particular), but overall, this company is extremely difficult to deal with. The call center & the local people are disconnected and disjointed. Techs either don't show or show at times other than when scheduled and are not prepared to provide the services discussed with the call center when booking. And trying to talk to the local manager is pretty much impossible.
