A Huge Thank You to Guadalupe Martinez and His Team. I reached out to Guadalupe on a Friday regarding a raccoon issue at my home. By Saturday morning, he was on-site and - within just five minutes - identified the hiding spot of a mother raccoon and her two babies. That same day, he set a trap and successfully captured the mother. He returned on Sunday to safely retrieve the two babies and transport them to a shelter. A few days later, Guadalupe came back to thoroughly disinfect the affected area. I had a problem with pests in the attic and called Elite Wildlife Services. They made it out to check on it the same day I called and quickly had a thorough analysis of my problem (raccoons and rats) after their inspection. Both Mark and Ashly were very knowledgeable and communicated the problems and solutions clearly and completely. Ashly did the work after I committed to having it done and was very thorough and efficient. She was easy to reach and to communicate with. All of the noises are now gone and the traps that were in the attic have shown no response for the past week. Problem solved, I'm sure!! Hello! We had multiple critters in our attic, so we called this company. We are very pleased with their service. The technician, Yeyser Cabrera, did an excellent job ensuring all openings were sealed and installed a few excluders to let critters go out without harming them. He also caught a baby squirrel that was lost and trapped inside. We highly recommend them 👍🏼

Elite is a very fitting moniker for this wildlife service group! Mister Guadalupe was professional, polite, thorough and empathetic to my delirium after sensing we had bats without having seen them. I haven't stopped flinching since. Lol He and a partner technician were at my house for a while, setting the releases and later sealing, cleaning and sanitizing the attics and garage. Very responsive to all of my inquiries thereafter and the services were guaranteed for a year. Very impressive! I had a bat exclusion 5 years ago, performed by my extermination service, and Elite Wildlife Services was far more thorough and complete. Expert services rendered.

Josh with Elite Wildlife Services was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had a rat infestation in our garage the week of our wedding, and he came over every single day to help us. He added mesh lining around our house, cemented the holes in our garage, and truly went above and beyond. I was worried the mesh would make our house less appealing, but Josh was so meticulous that you can’t even tell it’s there, and now we get to enjoy a completely rat-free home! Heard a critter in the attic and called EWS. Josh responded promptly and we set a time for him to assess. Josh showed up knowledgeable, skilled and professional. The opossum was able to exit safely through a 1 way door and not re-enter. Josh also provided extra barriers on exterior vents to prevent this situation again!
