Carl Lee of Elite Wildlife Trappers finally performed the services we agreed to after 3 weeks of calls, texts and frustration. When he did come out he was polite and professional. I believe he did a very good job and performed all the services under our contract. I may have just caught Carl at a bad time and he may have been over extended. If you are looking to hire Carl, I would do the following: 1) Do NOT pay him until he fully completes the contracted services. The State of FL does not regulate or license Nusiance Wildlife Removal providers. He does not have to document his work or send money or pictures to the FWC or the state, other than normal taxes. He does not need $ now for supplies. Don’t fall for that BS. 2) Make sure he writes on the contract a date when the services will be completed by. 3) Make sure Carl can provide you with a Certificate of Liability insurance in case he is injured on your property or ask him to sign a Liability Waiver to protect yourself.

Carl (Bo) has done such a wonderful job for us at our home, and is very pleasant and educational. He really puts in the hard work and has taken care of multiple pest problems at our home, from raccoons, to gators! (We live right next to a lake and forest). We found him because we first had a major raccoon problem. He took care of it quick and he also sealed the eaves to our home so that any future raccoons would not be able to get in our attic. He is worth every penny and if you have to make a choice that you know you won’t regret, go with Elite Wildlife Trappers!!

An absolutely AMAZING result! I heard what I thought were birds and didn’t know where they were. The bird noises were actually raccoon babies in my attic! I called Carl and he was FANTASTIC! He entered my attic and searched in the places I heard the noises as well as the whole attic. He found 3 raccoon babies and their mama. He captured the babies but mama raccoon escaped outside. This allowed him to seal any roofing/soffitt gaps he thought she could use to gain entry. What a relief having a trapper who is kind, certified, knowledgable and professional. Carl then cleaned and disinfected the area. MONEY WELL SPENT to have Carl and his professional care!!! Since mama raccoon escaped, she is still at large. The comfort is Carl will help me for a year under contract! At some point he will return and use technology and infrared to see if the attic is free from any more critters. No worries with Carl- he is thorough!!! This is my trapper and I recommend him without hesitation. He has been trapping his whole life and continues to update his training to learn more about his job. He is respected in the community and big business uses him too which shows me what an asset he is!!!!! Carl, THANK YOU!!!!

I couldn’t describe the shock and panic I initially felt, walking into my apartment to find a squirrel looking back. Bo from Elite Wildlife Trappers responded to my call almost immediately, and arrived to my location within the hour. Bo was very informative, professional and kind. He was able to remove the squirrel and keep the situation stress free for me. He also took pictures, of the entry point in my wall that I didn’t know existed, to report to my complex. Hopefully, I won’t have to again, but if I ever do find another critter in my home, Elite Wildlife Trappers will be the ones to call! Thanks!

Extremely prompt and polite. Came out almost immediately to investigate noise I kept hearing in my bathroom vent fan. Turned out to be nothing more than a lizard caught in there thankfully! I was just happy to know it wasn't something worse so fast. Definitely would recommend to everyone in the surrounding Orlando area!
