I’ve had a great experience with EnviroGuard, and I especially want to shout out my technician, Joseph Terry. He’s consistently punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough every time he comes out. Joseph takes the time to explain what he’s treating and why, and he always makes sure every concern is fully addressed before he leaves. He did great work! Explains everything thoroughly and took the time to walk the yard and sweep all crevices around home, nice to see someone actually take the time to do what they are hired to do. You can tell he takes pride in his work!

Brendan was great! He was very nice and polite and let me know every step of what he was doing. Sprayed the outside and inside of our home. It didn’t take him long at all. Took the time to explain other things as well. He also gave our puppy some treats which was super nice of him!

The technician who came out today, Nicolas, he was excellent. He was very thorough, took his time, we’ve had many different technicians come and he’s by far the one that’s done the best job . He was very professional and respectful, which I truly appreciated. Great service, highly recommend!

Today was my first initial extermination experience with EnviroGuard. My service professional was Nicolas Ramos. I was very pleased with the service / experience. He was very courteous, socializing, and customer advocating. He was thorough in his inspection & took his time. Mr.Ramos listened to my output of what I was needing targeted . As well as, being open to my requests regarding what needed to be sprayed in particular. He went above & beyond in request to spraying my ceiling corners Vs just baseboards. If an object was moved to spray around, he placed it back right where it went . I was appreciative of him sweeping for cobwebs on the exterior of my house and porch area where I spend lots of time out with my family. Definitely recommend him to care for your home & will request him for my future appointments. He cares to attain great customer service . Thanks so much !
