What should of been a smooth process ended up being a headache, we scheduled to have them come while we were gone for about 2 weeks, we arrived home on the 10th of december at about 5pm to find our flooring damaged from them, no phone call prior to alert us ahead of time, they also left the heat down to 57, which is no fun coming home with children to a freezing house just before bed, they didn't bother to move the stove back either, for $4300 you'd expect better service and courtesy call when it came to our flooring. I had called and emailed photos right away , mindi who answered the phone suggested I put something heavy down on it to get it to stick back down, I explained that it wasn't peel and stick that it was lvp, the boards were damaged and needed to be replaced, you have to start from the end of a room to the probem, you simply cant take out the boards from the middle and pop new ones in. I got an email back stating they would cover cost, all fine up until I sent him the quote from our installer which didn't even cover the cost of flooring itself as I luckily had 4 spare boxes (had i of not the entire floor would need to be done, you can't just mix another lot of flooring as they're not guaranteed to match) he they emailed back that he felt that quote was extreme for cheap flooring, whose the flooring expert? Clearly not you. You can't put a price on what it cost to fix your company's mistake. That's like me saying it's absurd to charge 4300 to set up heaters and fans in my house and not even put the heat back to normal or the stove back into place. He then replies that the prep list warns of this happening and I sent the prep list via email showing that it says nothing like that in regards to flooring on there. He offers to pay half and I told him I won't be settling for half as it's not us who caused the damage, our installer also tried to reach out with no response, it wasn't until I mentioned that I was starting the court process for damages, flooring cost and court cost that I finally got a response back right away about them sending out the check. It should not of taken weeks for them to finally pay for the damage they caused. No follow up either, you'd think a company who values their customers would stop back and make sure everything was taken care of.

Charged me $1k in February for a squirell problem. Initial contacts were good, but eventually they stopped follow ups even though problem was not resolved. End of March was the last time they came out and after that visit they stated they would follow up in a week or 2 which never happened. I would have expected a service that costs this much to have resolved the issue. It doesn't even look like they put the squirell door, which prevents re-entry, in the right spot when I go out and inspect my soffit. Will need to fix this issue myself now, hope the company does the right thing and provides a refund. They may be good for other pest control, but I would not hire them for squirells, especially if your roof is 25+ feet high as they charge extra at that point. $1k seems ridiculous for what they had done. *Edit: Erdyes did reach out, sent different individual out. They identified a different spot where the squirells were coming in, added the squirell extrusion in the soffit. Followed up for a couple weeks and seems as though the squirell problem is now resolved. They did also spray our exterior for bugs for free due to the prior issues. Increased rating to 3 star, reason for not having it be 4 or 5 star was the price/time it took for the ultimate resolution.

Great experience. You call the office and are greeted by a friendly, courteous lady. You can literally hear her smile over the phone. No press 1, 2,3 etc. You get a real person. Had a friendly, courteous gentlemen come out and inspect the house. Luckily, he found a few spots where the mice came in. Used stainless steel wool to plug holes and covered them with caulk on the outside of the house. Next, came in the house to take care of existing mice. Strategic placement of mice traps. Just a couple more visits, and no more mice. Did decide to take advantage of outside mouse stations. Boy did the mice like them. It was unbelievable how well they worked. All I can say is dealing with Erdye's for mouse control was a great experience for me Great people, great job.

Called on a Monday about a wasp nest mistakenly found (with the back of my legs) in the ground over the weekend in an area pretty close to where kids play in the backyard. They came out that Wednesday and had it treated. Tech was very friendly and explained what he was doing/using. Checked 2 days later, no more wasps. Job well done! The one and only knock was I was not notified about a follow up visit which there was another minor charge for although I was explained the pricing prior to the initial treatment, just didn't realize they were actually sending someone out for one. Even with the follow up the pricing was still amazing.

We called, made an appointment, they came. Told us what we needed to do so we did it. Mind you it was exhausting! Anyway they got here and come to find out we need a circuit breaker and we have a fuse box so they wouldn't do it! Talk about being very upset! That's one thing they should mention to people! Very disappointed!!!
