I’ve had some employees come and do the work that could not have cared less. Not thorough at all. Leroy was the best person that came out to do our pest services. He took a broom and cleared out all the cobwebs, suggested more areas to spray like the fireplace that I didn’t know needed spraying and he was very thorough and attentive to the work being done. He also had a great, friendly personality! I’ll be requesting he become a regular at our house.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He is respectful of me, my home, and my time and, importantly, cares about doing a good job and putting me at ease! He takes the time to explain processes and how different bugs live, and is very responsive. I am so glad we found him and this company!

I saw Leroy at my neighbors house. I told him that the ants were starting to come back. He arranged for a between regular services visit immediately following my neighbor’s Service. He did the spraying in the house that I needed and educated me About the treatment for ants and spiders. I was delighted with the service.

I came across Excel Pest Services when looking to replace a national provider. I prefer to work with independents, when possible. They strongly desired a visit to provide an estimate. The account specialist was pretty good, although he repeatedly put his hands on the walls/trim in our house unnecessarily (maybe a “pet peeve”, but don’t touch anything you are not working on, I don’t like to have to clean-up handprints afterwards). They quoted $349 upfront and $48 a month. They would reduce the number of RBSs from four to two. When I paused on the upfront, it was immediately reduced by $100. The account specialist said he would follow-up, but never did. Again, the account specialist was pretty good. Overall, I would not be using Excel Pest Services.

Have had a good experience with Excel over the last year or so. Today, 6/24, Leroy was great, went above and beyond just spraying the house exterior. We hadn’t had a scheduled indoor traps inspection in quite some time, and Leroy was happy to inspect inside too, even though he was not scheduled to do so.

Leroy continues to do an amazing job at our house and on our property, from routine maintenance to one off requests like hornets/yellow jackets removal. Thank you Leroy for all your help!

Todd was our technician for a quarterly pest service in South Orange. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process of all of the treatments he was applying both in and out of the house. He also took the time to engage in friendly conversation about our house and our family. I was extremely pleased with his service and positivity. I will be asking for him specifically for future treatments.

Todd our exterminator was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite and professional! I would recommend him and excel services a hundred times!

Todd Eckert did a great job inspecting and applying the chemicals around the perimeter of the house. He took his time and did a thorough job.

Carlos is absolutely great at what he does. He was able to answer any and all questions and thoroughly explained the services I was receiving. He even followed up to see how things were going which not everyone does these days. Very refreshing. Excel has been great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
