I called 5 businesses for a raccoon problem, got different quotes and responses, most are very expensive but vague about options. But when I went through my call list, and talked with Ronnie, he gave me very clear pricing which included different plans of actions and different prices. He took the time to explain to me what the best action should be according to actual situation we had (and not the most expensive option!) His pricing is reasonable too! I immediately felt that I can trust them. Ronnie and his team came for inspection as soon as they could, and came to fix the problem as scheduled. They are trustworthy people to work with!

Ronnie put a Nuvan strip in my kitchen despite Nuvan strips being clearly labeled as not safe in a kitchen or occupied living space. The labels for Nuvan strips clearly say to not put in a common area near food, like a kitchen, nor in a place frequented by humans or pets. He said he frequently puts these in restaurant kitchens despite the labels clearly warning of the hazards. Nuvan strips are a harmful insecticide not designed to be around humans or pets. I would be careful listening to any advice from this place. They are clearly looking for the cheapest and most convenient way to solve problems. Edit: You should read the labels of the insecticides you are putting in people's homes. The labels clearly say not to do what you're doing. It's harmful to humans.

I live in an apartment complex I have a small issue with roaches and they use Family Pest & Wildlife Control as the pest control company to get them under control. My exterminator is Richard he is so thorough. He sprays every nook and cranny. He even lifts the drop ceiling and sprays up there. He puts down the bug traps and checks them each time he arrives. He asks me where I have seen activity and makes sure he checks that area and pays special attention to that area. As he is doing his job, he is explaining to me what he is doing and why. He is a very good tech and he cares about his clients and getting them bug free! I would recommend him and the company to others. Thank you for everything Richard!

I am so grateful to Ronnie for his help. I needed a fast inspection to go back to work and he went out of his way to come to Frankfort on a Saturday morning. The inspection was thorough and he did not charge me. Wouldn't even let me pay his gas for the trip. Definitely recommend this great company!
