Brandon made the experience excellent. He is wonderful! He called to remind us of the inspection. The company had not notified us so if it wasn’t for him, we would not have known. We discussed options for the service such as scheduling the inside later. He was very helpful. The company has gotten so big that it seems like they are having trouble providing personalized service and operating as they had before they gone corporate. The rating is due to the technician. Otherwise the rating would have been much lower.

This place is the best! Billy Schullerman was the best tech! He was very knowledgeable and on top of his game. Let me know exactly what I needed to do for my situation and helped in every way possible. I can’t thank him enough. So great to have peace of mind! Such a great tech!!

I've had several technicians over the years however, Darrell is the best technician. He keeps me up to date on arrival times, addresses all my concerns in a timely manner and points out things that never noticed before. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable and honest 10 stars in my opinion! Hopefully, Florida Pest Control knows how valuable he is to their team.

I was lucky enough to get James Winfield for my technician. He spent so much time to make sure everything was treated. He was efficient, professional, and had lovely manners. James was truly service oriented and listened carefully to my issues. I finally feel secure in being pest free. Thank you, James Winfield for such an awesome experience.

I DO NOT recommend Fl Pest Control, first off they are not the Florida company they started out as! They are owned and operated by a large corporation and when they over charge you for service, they give the run around and never correct the problem! When my policies as I have numerous houses are up, I’m done! But the tech guys are very nice, and do a good job! Diane Buchanan

Both technicians that came out were absolutely amazing! They spoke with us and explained everything in detail and answered every question I had in a professional, caring way! These two technicians I’d recommend to anyone…we run an organic farm business which is at our residence and they made sure to steer us in the best directions for both, without damaging any produce!! Residence or business they got you.

I am a long-time customer of Florida Pest Control, and have always received stellar service from this company. I opted for an annual contract. Jerry was terrific today when performing my inspection/remedy for the issues I was having. He explained each step thoroughly and in easy-to-understand terms. I actually am looking forward to the next visit! And, if any problems come up before the next scheduled visit, a free return trip. Happy camper here.

Since, I signed up for Fla Pest Contol, I am very pleased with the company. This was the first time, I ever used a bug company. I have always thought that I could take care of my bug problem. I really appreciate FPC, the technicians always there, right on time. Explained to me about the bugs, and let me know how to keep them out. They are always very respectful, and wants to do their best. Thanks for your hard work.

I used this company for 20 years. Everything was fine until Rentokil took over. First of all there is poor communication between Florida Pest Control and Rentokil. Even if you paid the invoice early, Rentokil continues to call and harass for a payment. Last year I had to call the local office to get it sorted so they wouldn't continue harrassing me. This year, Rentokil wants me to pay the warranty 6 weeks in advance of the due date. I literally had an argument with Rentokil over this. They want payment and they will come and inpect when they get around to it, no defined date. Really? I cancelled my service with Florida Pest Control and went with another company.

They are great! I have never had any problems with their service and I have used them for two years + for both inside and outside pest control their employees are always wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. And very good about answering any questions that I have about anything I ask. Would recommend them to anyone!

Isaiah Berrios completed service at my home and identified a serious pest problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the situation and contacted the appropriate FL Pest employee to resolve my issue. He is courteous and polite. Great asset to FL Pest.

Brendan is Excellent. The company is very fortunate to have him. Now that the local company has been bought out, it is NOT the same. If is very unfortunate because communicating to schedule an appointment with tecnnology involved is VERY FRUSTRATING AND TIME CONSUMING! If it wasn't for Brendan, I would have found another company!
