I had a great experience with Florida Pest Control thanks to their service technician, David. He was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. David did a thorough job both inside and outside the house, and I especially appreciate that he went up into the attic despite the 100° heat, spending considerable time checking for any signs of rodents. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding.

My service technician Stanley was amazing. His personality and customer service is top notch. He honored my request of calling 30 minutes before coming and was shown to be very knowledgeable. I value his recommendations for prevention of problems.

Stanley came to do my annual termite inspection this year. He was fantastic. He did the inside and outside of the home as well as the attic. I really appreciated the attic part considering we are in 90° weather and he spent quite a bit of time up there checking The entire attic to make sure there were no signs of termites. I appreciate Stanley’s professionalism and knowledge. He did a great job!

We recently moved to Florida and wanted to have our house inspected and treated for pests. The service we received was punctual, professional, and extremely detailed. We had a follow up inspection today, which was 1 week after the first treatment, and everything looks great. The service was not rushed and all of our questions were answered. Highly recommend!

Kelly does a fantastic job with our pest control. He is meticulous with all he does and truly cares about his customers. We truly feel fortunate having Kelly as our Technician and hopefully he will always be available to service our property.

Ryan told me he does not do an inhouse exclusion. He did set out a few traps. I asked him to find how rats were getting into the house and he said the outdoor exclusion was enough and so he did not search or inspect for holes in the house. However, yesterday rats took two whole bars of soap out of my kitchen and stashed them somewhere. I was told before that he would inspect inside to see but he didn't and I asked him he was being rude I payed alot for this and the least you can do is least check.

Kelly did a wonderful job with our first treatment! He was punctual, informative, and very thorough! We were a bit hesitant about getting any work done, but he made us feel confident and excited about getting it done. We’re looking forwards to our next treatment, and a pest free home!

After 25 years of great service from FPC, we stayed with them when we downsized. Service Tech Jose always shows up when expected with a ready smile, & works efficiently. He's very thoughtful and courteous & always reminds me to call if I ever have a bug issue. FPC carries our termite bond, as well. (I really appreciate their service after visiting a friend’s home and fighting roaches over an inch long every single night for 11 days! I wish she had access to Florida Pest Control.)

I have been using Florida Pest Control for over 20 years for multiple properties. Today at my primary home, I was serviced by a tech, Williams Sims. He was the best tech I ever got since Rafael who retired years ago… William took his time and really serviced my home!! I have several different techs before and some were just talking on the phone and didn’t do a thing. Some techs just serviced front part of the house and didn’t bother to go in the back yard to service back part of the house. All techs should know that we all have cameras nowadays and we can see what they are doing. I hate to check on them but we have to to make sure we are getting what we pay for. Today, William was fantastic and I will be asking for him to come back moving forward. He communicated well also via text. Excellent tech.
