Unfortunately, this service was horrible. I was home alone with my infant son and the entire time I was addressed as “babe” I did not have a particular problem however I started having what looked like nats appear, I let the tech know this, and he promised what he was laying down they would be gone for sure. Well, they never went away. I didn’t call back for 1 I didn’t want to ask for a different tech because I didn’t want to get him in trouble for how he was talking to me and 2 because my husband isn’t home much and I didn’t want to be alone again when someone showed up. We called today and spoke with a manager since my husband assured he would be home. They want to charge another full price because we past our 30 days, however if their tech would not have made me so uncomfortable in the first place, I may have called back sooner However, I know to go ahead and stick with country boy pest control as we have only needed service one time and the last Have bought our house and it was with him.

My technicians name is Tim, He is thorough and very nice! He works quickly and my kids thinks he’s awesome. Keep up the great work.

My technician Johnny did a great job treating my house for bugs today. He had a great attitude and was very efficient. I always like that they use bait indoors not spray. I also like that he took his shoes off before coming inside. He was also on time.

Most friendly , knowledgeable, and professional technician ever! He left no stone unturned and was an absolute delight to work with. He took his time, explained everything from start to finish, he wasn’t rushed and he really went the extra mile for us! Johnny is wonderful and I’m so satisfied with his work. He has a passion for what he does and his number one concern is making sure that you the customer, are informed and satisfied. 10/10!

John was super attentive, thorough, and was genuinely invested in helping us get rid of our spider issue both inside and outside (spiders have taken over our screened patio). Even taught me about what works best and some tips to use in between service sessions.

I had the pleasure of working with Braxton who went above and beyond to address my cockroach problem. From the moment he arrived, I was impressed by his professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, making sure I understood what he was doing and why. Braxton was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions with clear, detailed responses. It was obvious that he truly cares about his work and want to ensure the best possible outcome for his customers. Best technician I have ever had help me with pest control.

Johnny is such an asset to Florida Pest Control ! He was so informative about the treatment he was doing and the effectiveness of the products. About a month ago Braxton came out and put fencing around the outside of my house to block rodents and other animals from getting in and he did an amazing job and worked very hard he also explained to me that I needed rodent boxes and pest control which I did sign up for and everything has been great since he did all that. No more rats under my house.

Johnny is absolutely fantastic every time he comes by for our monthly pest control maintenance. He truly goes above and beyond, and we’ve seen a significant decrease in wasps and ants since he started. Thank you Johnny!!
