I am redoing my post. I did have a few issues that I did not think would be resolved but I must say, after posting my review I am impressed with what this company has done. Shout out to Mr. Henry Smith for helping me with this rat problem we've been having. MR.Smith has gone far and beyond to make sure my rat problem is taken care of. He is still working on getting the rodents out of our shed. So far he and his team got 3 new born and 4 babies. If I call him he responds in a reasonable amount of time and will come out or send someone out to help. I can't say enough about this company. If you have a problem they will take care of it. Thank you Mr. Smith and I hope soon the mother rat will meet her maker.

Steve is THE BEST and is dedicated in doing an excellent job. He is very professional and caring about our gated community. He answers all questions and gives helpful suggestions and recommendations. He has alot of patience and listens to our concerns. He doesn't give us the brush off (as previous techs have), nor does he give up on the issue at hand. Steve is friendly, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. We love him! I would CONFIDENTLY recommend his services!!!

Was promised over the course of 2 years the weeds & other grass growing in the mix of our St Augustine grass would be gone with their services. It’s been now 3 years & their product doesn’t work. Grass looks the same. Total waste of money. We spend quite a bit with this company over the years between the additional services we pay for. Spoke w/ management all they could offer is a 2 month credit with continual treatment. 2 months of treatment isn’t going to work if it hasn’t worked in 3 years.

I just called Florida Pest Control to get a quotation for termite control maintenance. We are first time home buyers and the home has been maintained by other company. “Joe” right away disclosed that if we move company that we will have to pay initial fee of $,$$$. This company is the only company who mentioned that after 2 other phone calls I have made. Others wanted to schedule free inspection right away before giving me a quotation. Joe, thank you so much! Even though we are unfortunately not going to work with you, your honesty is very much appreciated! It saves us time and money. I will refer you to my friends and colleagues for sure. Notification for home check,appointment was made and confirmed for that day.. The technician whose name was Steve was pleasant to meet. He explained what he had done out side and inside pool Lani. When finished he asked if he could come into home to spray bathrooms and kitchen area. He actually took off his shoes before entering house. Great job! I signed invoice and said company would call in 3 months to schedule next job.

Ed Webber is absolutely wonderful! Very professional. Let me know everything he did when he got finished. Has always given phenomenal service. His company should be very proud to have such a wonderful asset. Give Ed a raise!

Yes, Steven always does a wonderful job. He takes the extra time to listen to any concerns and takes care of them right away. He has been a big help with all the rain we have been having, and living out in the Forest.

Steven is an absolutely fantastic guy! He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond explaining everything going on in the house and applying the appropriate products to help alleviate our issue! Give this man a raise now!!!!

Stephen leaphart was very polite and professional. He did an amazing job and I hope that these treatments get rid of the issues I have been having. Chase covey did the yard spray and was very polite and professional. Told me everything he was going to do and asked if I wanted him to spray anywhere that he didn't get. So I showed him and he went right out and did it thank you for the good customer service guys and keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing you guys in the near future so we can get these pests under control. These guys deserve a raise by the way just based on the fact that they are super polite and do a great job. Or at least a bonus but definitely deserve some recognition. Again thank you
