This company had a crew remove old insulation Fri attic Aug24,2025 they left all the insulation they removed on the property. We have called on 3 occasions and no response to remove the debris it’s still on property 9 days later. I suggest no one use this company they are terrible

Florida Pest Control has been fantastic to work with! Their technicians are always on time, courteous, and very thorough. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure all concerns are addressed. We’ve noticed a big difference since starting service, and it’s been such a relief knowing our home is protected. Reliable, professional, and effective—I highly recommend them!

Today 8/26/2025 Caleb arrived to start my quarterly pest and rodent control/management. He was very personable and professional. He was efficient and not rushed about the job and answered all questions I had. Also had Carib Glasco my inspector/consultant here to see how things were going. He was also very helpful. Looking forward to continuing good service.

Kyle with Florida Pest Control is amazing! He came out for an initial evaluation after we felt our previous pest control company wasn't meeting our needs. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to genuinely understand our concerns—it never felt like he was just trying to sell us something. Since then, the ongoing service and tech visits have been excellent. We’re very happy with the results and will definitely be calling Kyle for all our future pest control needs. Highly recommended!

Caleb showed up in a timely manner after alerting me that he was on the way. He efficiently took care of the usual maintenance and then addressed my issue with the palmettos. He explained everything as he worked. I'm confident I won't be seeing too many more critter visitors.

When Thomas Zachary comes for my treatment, he always checks in with me to make sure that I'm not having any problems. He's gives me helpful advice on how to make sure I don't have any pests. He's one of the best!!

The two young people one women and one man that came to do the job of removing the old insulation, sanitation and blowing in new insulation did a excellent job. They were very professional, efficient and polite. I can't say enough on how impressive they were to us. They deserve all the gold stars plus for there job that they did for us.

Signed us up for an "annual contract" knowing we were moving from the home and it was no longer our responsibility. They then charged my card THREE months early , sent no notice, email, call etc. Will not refund it even tho theyve done no work and its for the year 2026. I NO LONGER OWN THE HOME. Management said there will be no refund, but ive disputed it and will keep calling. Out here scaming people. Cool. Thanks!
