They went to the wrong house and done a treatment on the house 2 doors down from me. When I text and said they went to my neighbors and not mine he kinda argued with me, but I have cameras all over my house and told him that and that he was never at my house. I even sent a picture of the truck parked down the street from me. He also sent a picture saying my vent duct cover was broken, I sent him a picture back that mine was not broken, which then further proved he was definitely at the wrong house. I guess it's a win for my neighbor that they got a free 3 month treatment though..lol. Also my house number is clearly on my porch right next to my door, and also my mailbox right in front of my house. I just don't understand why i would lie to just get a second treatment or something..I mean would that even benefit me, but seriously I just wanted the treatment I had paid for, no more or no less. He did come back and do the treatment at my house and apologized which i truly appreciated, but still if he had just looked at the house numbers it would have never happened. j/s

This organization is unprofessional. They try to lock you into a contract because the pricing is outrageous. Once they have you locked in, they will provide four services annually. They will tell you that you can schedule extra any time, but sometimes fail to show up on the scheduled date/time. Overall, they use misleading sales tactics, have ineffective service, and use deceptive tactics to upsell you on services. They will try to scare you about rodents and termites etc. ALSO, beware that that they will charge you after your contract expires - claiming it's part of your contract .*** DOCUMENT EVERYTHING any time you interact with a member of their team - Fox Pest notes are skewed to their benefit.***I highly recommend googling and buying the chemicals/treatments from Amazon. I did this, and have actually resolved my issues with pests and it's A LOT cheaper!

Once again Connor has provided excellent customer service today 9/5/25. Connor exemplifies the epitomey of what excellent customer service looks like. This young man is great at his job and takes pride in what he does in representing Fox Pest Control. Thank you, Connor and have a great weekend.

Heather came out today and did my quarterly extermination. She is very thorough and extremely kind. I would recommend Fox to all my friends and family!

Yosef was by far the best technician that has serviced my home. He went above and beyond to explain everything that he was doing to take care of the pests! He cleaned the cobwebs outside and filled holes in areas that a pest could enter from the outside. We were impressed with his knowledge and initiative to do a though job. Please let him service my account in the future! He is great!

Received nothing but quality service from this company and both technicians that have come out for my quarterly visits (Connor and Troy). Punctual, polite, and very helpful & Informative. Would recommend Fox Pest Control.

Absolutely Horrible Service. Signed up Oct 24. As of today, the only time I’ve heard from anyone is when I sent an email and told them I was canceling because they were not out to do my service that I had paid for. I demanded a refund and then someone called me and promised me they would be here today on Wednesday the 26th. I took a half day off work and just got off the phone with the corporate office and they said that my account was canceled yesterday, but there were no notes. Absolutely pathetic service and I would burn the place down before I would call them for pest control!!
