Andres was extremely polite answering all my questions regarding the termite bait traps. Did a great job on the installation of them and was friendly to the household.

Charles did a professional job while serving my home today! I explained the problem issues that I was having around my home and he pointed out places that wasps like to nest. He found 2 nests in my deck cushion box and took care of them. He also sprayed fogger under my deck to to address the problem I have been having. He also sprayed in my crawlspace for spiders and ants and finished the job by spraying around my entire foundation. Thanks Charles and Frontline for the professional job well done!

Andreas was very approachable. My dog has been injured and needed to be kept subdued and he was very flexible with his service both inside the house and outside the house as do not disturb my dog. I really appreciate his flexibility. He also combine tomorrow’s visit with today so that we only needed to be home one time this week not twice.

I submitted the online form and got a call back in less than a half hour and the tech was at my house the next day!! The tech who serviced my house was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He gave me a thorough walk through of everything he was going to be doing and provided some good tips on a few things I could do with prevention. Highly recommend Frontline for any pest control needs.

Technician was great and termites have been gone. My issue was after the services have been completed with price transparency. We paid for the termite removal service and paid up front. The technician put stakes in the ground and we thought we were all done. We received a bill in the mail saying we still owe on the account. We call and they then tell us that we signed up for the yearly program and owe monthly. We try to cancel because we had no idea we did that and do not want to continue with the service. We were told that they are very busy and will return our call when they can. A month goes by, no call, and we get a final bill that our account is overdue and will be sent to collections if not paid. I was finally able to get a hold of them and were told that we still owe the monthly payment that we were not aware about. We then learned (5 months later) that it is a monthly payment for each month the skates are in the ground. We were finally able to close the account today but we still owe that monthly payment (I understand but still we had no idea what it was for). If we would have known it was a monthly payment, we would have never had the stakes put in the ground. All in all, make sure to ask multiple questions even the ones that sound silly and be transparent please.
