This is crazy in todays world where customer service seems so bad! But Garvey has a five star rating and Im adding another five star!!!! We had these very tiny ants in the yard that were beginning to come in the house. We tried everything! We used home products, and all sorts of deterrants and nothing got rid of them! I set up an apointment for a week away but also called and told them how frustrated we were. I got a text the next day asking if we were home. They came that day and I havent seen these ants since! Why would you call anyone else?

I've worked with them on multiple occasions and appreciate their dedication to customers. Would recommend to anyone in need of their services. Update: just wanted to add, we had an excellent experience with Garvey when a colony of honey bees decided to inhabit one of our shrubs outside our bay window. We were nervous as we never saw something like this, but they took the opportunity to educate us on how bees move their colony instead of just removing them. Really appreciate their expertise and ecological approach. Keep up the amazing work!

He didn’t charge for his time and provided his expertise for free. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

What can I say about Garvey. They are the best!!! Used they for the second time. They are a family run business and friendly and very knowledgeable. They DO NOT try to sell you any kind of additional contract or service plan and they will come back within the three months of the first application at no additional charge.
