Jeremy was polite and considerate. He also answered my questions about the process and effectiveness of the treatment. He let me know what he couldn’t do because of the rain to allow me to decide if I needed to postpone. He said they have experience working with pets and was fine with my dogs being present.

Adam and Jeremy were wonderful! Very helpful and informative. Definitely put our concerns and worries to rest about our old house. They came in and were very respectful. They asked a few questions. They Inspected our home and within in minutes were able to go ahead and spray. We are excited to work with Gecko and get our water bug problem under control.

I have been using Gecko Pest Control for quarterly service for quite some time. I originally called them when we were having trouble with wasps around the pool that had made a nest we could not reach under eaves where brick meets the roof. They took care of the problem same day and after hours. My technician, Sam, is always very courteous and on time. I had previously used a large national chain for pest control and they were unprofessional and disappointing. Gecko has been far superior in my opinion in the customer service/satisfaction department. I highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal service! I called the office in the morning to inquire & set up service. I explained my fear of bugs and detailed a pest I saw last night, that had me terrified; and Ramone empathized and schedules two pest control guys to immediately come out a couple hours later to treat the interior and exterior of my home! This is why I love local businesses because a national chain would never provide such immediate service! The two gentlemen patiently answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure my home was treated they also went up into my attic to ensure me that there was nothing up there. They proactively put rodenticide in the attic and below my kitchen sink, which I am very grateful for! I found them to be thorough, detailed, very knowledgeable, professional, kind, respectful, considerate, and a pleasure to do business with! I can rest easy knowing my home is free of bugs!
