Excellent Service. It was very easy to schedule my first appointment. The office made sure I was taken care of and had a tech out in a couple of days. The customer service rep made sure I knew what they provide to their customers. It was budget friendly and all of my questions and concerns are not only answered but taking care of my first visit. I’m glad I signed on with Gecko Pest Control. Rich made sure that not only my concerns were being addressed, but many others as well that I was unaware of. Price is not only less than competitors and I am not under a one year contract. I’m so glad I made the switch to Gecko. I feel I’m in much better hands now. I will refer them to every single one of my favorite neighbors as we all seem to have the same problem. He is amazing and his price is spot on if not way less than our competitors…. including all services from bugs to mosquitoes to grasshoppers to mice and rats!!! The other companies charge more and he charges only the same!! Gecko he did not charge me extra to do mice and rat control, which is absolutely unheard of!! Edited to Sept 2024 Megan got someone here in less than 24 hours to check on noises in my attic . Matt came out today with wildlife to check out if I had roof rats or a squirrel in my roof. he was amazing. He climbed into the attic identified the problem recommended me to a wildlife specialist because unfortunately it wasn’t a roof rat. It’s a squirrel and he’s been chewing up for a while.. Matt also surveyed all around the house to try and see how something that big could get into my attic. Gecko again has been amazing at keeping My Home inside and out pest free.

Now that we are living in our new home, I called Gecko back up to start routine pest control. Can’t say enough about their customer service which is friendly, professional, timely and honest (they tell you the reality about different kinds of pests and what can be done and they don’t promise that their products can do things they can’t.) Matthew B has been coming out to our place and is a great listener and great at explaining how to get the best results. Very happy customer :)

Gecko was great. We needed an appointment quickly and they were able to accommodate. Joseph was knowledgeable, helpful and quick. We will be using them every other month and as needed.

Joe came out for an initial treatment, then came back a week later to deweb the place. So far so good! He is super friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Great service!

Dakota is very thorough? He treats all the places you tell him about and also, talks about repairs that need to done due to the damage caused by carpenter ants. Dakota has been great.
