We had chipmunks in our walls and called Gold Country Wildlife Control to resolve the situation. They were referred to me by another exterminator as the roof exclusion work that was required was very technical and challenging. Dalton and team did a terrific job from start to finish and our unwanted visitors were expelled. I highly recommend GCWC for any rodent issues. Very professional, strong communication, great follow through.

Dalton and Rory were prompt with their email and phone communications, and came out within a few days for an inspection (for mice getting into our older manufactured home). Rory did a thorough inspection, was very helpful with all his advice, comments and information. He was quick in getting us the quote for putting up a barrier. We had to decline the suggested work, since its expensive right now to do on this old home, but if/when we decide to fix up this place, we will certainly be in touch with them again about putting up the suggested/quoted barrier.

Called and spoke to Dalton who said he would get back to me within a day to schedule a date to come and take care of our rodent problem. He did not call, so I called and left a message two days later. He didn't reply, so I called again two days after that and left another message (it was an urgent issue that we really needed taken care of and he was the only pest control service available at the time). He still never called back. So rude and disappointing treatment of a potential customer.

Dalton and his crew did a great job for me, we had some bats hanging out in our attic and he installed the bat exit cones, also he helped seal up some other pest entry points along the base of our house. I really appreciate his service and responsiveness! Highly recommend!

Shout out to Dalton and Rory at Goldcountry Wildlife Control for taking care of a squirrel problem in our roof. The 2 hour inspection/assessment of the problem and scope of work to be done was very thorough. The actual work itself was done efficiently in one day. Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent (appointment reminder, notice of upcoming ETA, two follow ups after the work to confirm everything was satisfactory). The fact that they warranty their work for two years is a huge bonus to me! Overall I couldn’t be happier and can fully recommend their services!
