Al and Ben were fantastic! Professional, respectful, and communicative. Ben booked me in and let me know about their service and that they guarantee their work for 4 months after spraying for fleas. Gave a great quote and was able to fit me in the same week. Al came to the house and let me know exactly what the service entailed, how long it would take, and what to do after he was done. I had a work appointment so he even took care of locking up when he was done. Excellent service from beginning to end. Can’t recommend enough!

I have been a customer for many years now! Gray wolf do a great job at keeping bugs and rodents away from my property and have efficiently removed wasp nests from the exterior of my home. Great Follow-Up Service Our experience with Grey Wolf Pest Control started off rough, but they truly turned things around. Initially, there were issues with delays in follow-ups. However, after reaching out again, Ben called to clear things up and personally came to inspect our home. He was extremely thorough, ensuring all openings were properly sealed and that no squirrels remained inside. His professionalism and attention to detail this time around were impressive, and I feel confident the problem has finally been resolved. I had bed bugs issue in one of my rental properties. I first went to Canadian Pest solutions got the services from them twice but didn’t help and their service was also not to the mark. Then someone referred me Gray Wolf Pest Control- Ben. He guaranteed me the solution and yes in the first treatment itself I saw a vast difference. Ben is a genuine, honest and an ethical man. He is swift in his work and is very committed to his work and keeps his word. Looking at his honesty and great results, I have gone ahead with my other properties for all the pest control related treatments.

They came and sprayed my building for cockroaches 3 times i let them in my apartment twice and they didn't get rid of them. Not sure why my landlord insists on using this company, they dont even have anything that's safe to use around pets instead i was forced to sit outside for 4 hours with my cat and dog. At least orkin has something they can use so you dont have to sit outside for hours.

Ben answered the phone quick, got to the point, got my information, and showed up as soon as he had an opening. He went over everything he found, sealed up entry points, and left some traps in case something got in. Was quick, efficient, and professional.

Sprayed for bees, sad it should be fine but to call & he would come back. Bees came back, phone number not in service. Sent email through website & talked to Amherstburg branch. Four days later, no call, no email. Do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.
