Mike did an amazing job removing a hidden wasp hive in my basement. He really took the time to explain the process and walked me through each step. He even came back on labor day to remove the whole dead hive and cleaned up the area he was working in. This place is terrible. Or at least the Brooklyn location on Kings Highway that I’ve been dealing with is terrible. The guy Mike has cancelled on us four times as of today. He cursed at me via a phone call after his THIRD cancellation in ONE week and made excuse after excuse. I’m still waiting for him to “call me back in 30 minutes” from when we hung up a day ago. Not to mention we are now on our 60 day warranty and he Conveniently has cancelled four times. While screaming at me on the phone, he insists he is not “cancelling” but rescheduling. I proceeded to let him know this is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever encountered as well as the stress he has caused my 70+ year old parents in this matter. He agreed calling himself unprofessional, apologized, and went ahead to cancel on me again the next day (today). I can’t fail to mention on our first visit, before he came he left me a voicemail stating he would give us a lower price of $350 but charged my mother who was there alone $450. When calling him out on this on our phone discussion yesterday, he first said he never said this until I pointed out I have voicemail as proof. He then changed his story stating he DID indeed say that but it was due to the location of us being ten minutes away from him he offered the lower price but when he came to us he saw the infestation was a bit bigger than expected and charged the extra hundred. The key point here is not even the lies he has told, but he is TEN MINUTES from my location and has CANCELLED FOUR TIMES NOW. DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
