Very easy to schedule appointment for removal of hornet nest. Caleb was GREAT. Arrived on time, explained process, treated property, prepared the area, suited up and within 20 minutes got rid of wasps and large nest. WOW! Highly recommend this company. The quick scheduling and response was GREAT.

We just signed up with Greenix. There was a wonderful service pro (Torrie) that arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions . We are looking forward to the results. Our outdoor bug and rodent problems were more then we could handle on our own. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Wow! We are so impressed with Jessie & Greenix. They helped us within 24 hrs after another Pest Control let us down big time. The price was reasonable, the service excellent, thorough & efficient. Jessie arrived on time and was pleasant, helpful, understanding, and patient. At this point; from scheduling with Will; who had all the same attributes as Jessie; to the application it has been flawless. Thus is a 5 Star company.

Zachery did an amazing job dealing with the Cidada Killers we had! He did such a good job of getting rid of them that the next day there actually was a cidada on our patio screen Haha.

I had very destructive and costly mice problem on my property. I called Greenix because they service my parent's property with great success. Corbin kindly explained their services and less than 24 hours later Trystan arrived at my home. Trystan was very helpful, thorough and kind. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend calling them if you have determined pests on your property. Rodents took over my garage and as you can see from photo they were determined and even chewed thru my air conditioning wires!! I only wish I had called them sooner and avoided thousands of dollars of damages. Thank you Greenix💪🏼❤️

I don’t normally need reviews but I felt I needed to write this one. We used Greenix for the first time this week based on a friends recommendation and I was sadly disappointed. My husband saw a mouse in our house one night last week so I called them first thing in the morning. I explained how we were unable to find it which was concerning, and that I have 2 small children (one is a baby and crawling everywhere) so I was obviously disgusted and wanted it addressed quickly. I explained how we had mice 3 years ago at our old house and had used terminix. We were mildly satisfied with them but thought we would give Greenix a try just since they had been so highly recommended. I also explained the process terminix took to not only set up traps and bait stations but to also walk the entire house inside and out so they could close off any points of entry. I asked her if that’s what they would be doing and she assured me that all of the exterminator companies take the same approach and that they would be handling it the same way. She locked me into their 12 month plan and said they would try to get to us same day and if not they would be out the next day but I would receive a call an hour before they arrived. They didn’t come that day and I found more evidence of mice in our house so we decided not to stay home that night so we could get a good nights sleep until it was fully addressed for peace of mind. The next day I got a text that morning that they would be coming sometime that day. The technician sent me a text around 12 saying he was at lunch and asked for our address saying they only had the road in their system. I sent it to him and within 10 minutes he was at my house without warning so I wasn’t there yet. My husband spoke with him over our doorbell system and asked if he could get started outside before I got home and he said he could. Within less than 30 minutes he was already gone. Confused by this I called the company and they informed me that I had only purchased a plan for the bait stations outside the house and that if I wanted to have them do anything inside that was a separate “plan” and would be an additional $400 for them to set traps in the house and come check them once a week for a month. I expressed my frustration and confusion about it but felt the conversation going nowhere. I then asked about them walking the house and sealing up entry points. They told me that they don’t normally do that and if they were to do that it would be dependent on how many access points and how big they were so they didn’t have any kind of estimate for that. It was overall a very frustrating experience and we won’t be recommending them to anyone. I recommend being cautious about all their different “plans” before signing with them.

Technician Corbin was knowledgeable about the issues that I requested information for about our property and the pest issue. He gave us options on how to solve the problem. He throughly swept the area for the service. He was on time and courteous. Thanks, Greenix!
