I needed a follow up service for some more wasp mud nests that appeared after my regular service. Although the sales person who sold me the service made it sound like Greenix’s service was so great I most likely wouldn’t need in-between-service. Anyway, Their Technician was out to the property within 24 hours of my call. Very efficient scheduling. The technician was good, friendly & polite and respectful of property.

Joshua the Tech expert was very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. He explained how the spiders come in the house and he treated my house thoroughly. Hope to see him the next time in 3 months. I got tired of my last service changing tech guys all the time of my service

I called because my new house had ants. I was asked to pay $39 down and the guy was coming in two days to service me. No one showed up or called. I called several times to cancel and ask for my money back. Someone speaking poor English said I would get my money and nearly two months later no signs of getting my money. They deserve no stars.

My technician excellently communicated when he would be arriving, what would happen and how to keep my dog safe during and immediately after the process. He provided an update and also texted me with photos regarding the traps and rodent activity. It was extremely exceptional!

Was transferred over to Greenix from one of “their partners” to deal with a bees nest. Only wanted the visit but was told I needed to signup for their monthly service but could cancel at any time. After coming out the first time and treating the nest and telling us they did a complete inspection of the property we found another nest the next day. We called and they came out to treat that one but after 6 days we still had a lot of activity. We were told they couldn’t come back for a couple of weeks so I wanted to cancel the service. They charged us $249.00 for an early cancellation fee on top of the visit fee even though we were told we could cancel anytime and we were cancelling for poor service. Warning: read the contract they will scam you!

Would not recommend this company. We have had nothing but issues with them since we started a few years back. They do not work with you even when you call and ask them to call ahead to schedule visits. I did this multiple times after they would text me 30 minutes before showing up, asking them to call 2-3 days in advance before an appointment. They still never did. The last 6 months every time a tech had come out it hasn’t seemed like anything has been done with our rodent boxes. They sit there unserviced. And not much pesticide sprayed because I see bugs coming back within 2-3 weeks. I don’t see this as a tech issue but a large corporation issue. Leaving this business for an actual locally owned and pet friendly one.

Nice surprise when someone came to the door. I thought we'd been forgotten. The funny part is I called yesterday to get an estimate of the time someone would arrive. Worried they would be at the house before 8 am. Everything worked well . I was way off with the time. Appreciate the work. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Greenix. Joe is professional and incredibly thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the process, and make sure everything was handled safely and effectively. I really appreciate how respectful he was of our exterior. It’s such a relief to have peace of mind again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable and friendly pest control service!
