We're paying nearly $40 a month and are in a one-year contract. We were told if we canceled, we would still have to pay out the contract, so Greenix has a pretty good deal for themselves. We were also told they would come out quarterly to treat our property with an environmentally friendly spray to get rid of our spiders and bugs. They did our first treatment in August, and we had evidence of spiders surviving that treatment, as there were webs everywhere after they had cleaned them all off of our bushes. They did come back and respray, but we still had webs. When I called they told me that it would take a year of treatments to eradicate the spiders. They came back today for their second quarterly visit. They did not spray, and I was told that they don't spray through the winter months due to freezing and snow runoff. As for today, we have neither snow nor freezing temps. So they're actually not going to be back until early spring to spray. So you are not getting four treatments a year, you're getting three, in my estimate. I'm really not recommending this company. I will say their employees are always friendly and professional. Our professional today pointed out several holes in our mulch, and explained that those were mice. He wanted to charge me more money to get rid of those, so we will be taking care of those ourselves. He was extremely polite. He came today to basically run a brush over the tops of our bushes and along our siding to get any webs or nests. I think he was probably here maybe 10 minutes for that.

Nick called me ahead of time to ask what was going on and what I was noticing in my home. When he arrived, he was very friendly and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and encouragement to ask about everything he did. He explained every process and why he did it, as well as explaining what the end result would be. He was quick to figure out what was going on, checked every concern I had, and was very professional and friendly. I am so thankful that Nick was able to help me in my home and was able to get everything started under control for me!

Very thorough in the inspection and application process. They let you know ahead of time when they’ll get there and come in a timely manner. Overall a great experience and look forward to working with Greenix in the future. My technician was Paul and he was very nice and knowledgeable about the situation.

Salesman was polite and very informative. Followed thru to let me know what day service would be done. Reasonably priced for service. Recommend if concerned with insect issues in home and yard!

Nick texted ahead of time so let me know when he would arrive. When he was done he was very good at explaining what might go on in the next couple days. He was so thoughtful to ask if I had any questions or needed anything explained before he left. He did a such amazing job of trying to figure out where my Yellow Jackets are coming in at inside my room. He spent a lot of time spraying & waiting to see where they were coming out but none of them came out, so it’s still a mystery to both of us. But Praise the Lord several came out from the outside area that was dusted, we saw quite a few of them that had died already. You are very blessed to have him as an employee. He is very dedicated to doing a very thorough great job, you can tell that he truly takes his job seriously to make sure that the issues are taken care of. He also told me if I had any more issues that I could text him directly & that he would be back out to help me which gives me peace of mine.
