I just switched pest companies and Myranda came out today. We walked around outside the house and she showed me where I have potential rodent and bug issues. She explained everything and when she was done she gave me a detailed report on what she did and where I needed to get work done (closing up holes, caulking open areas etc). I was very impressed and wish my other company had given me such a thorough and detailed report. The cost for the rodent boxes is additional to the monthly/yearly fee but I feel worth it as the area and the surrounding areas have major rodent problems. I would highly recommend this company!

My technician Dominic was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and let me know every step I could take. Even went out of his way to make sure I knew about potential issues. Highly recommend this service and I am completely satisfied with my outcomes so far.

Very knowledgeable about what they were doing the young man was very respectful and told us from top to bottom what they would do and what the package to cost etc and helped us to go with what we needed as far as field mice and Chipmunks as we have a good amount of issues with those little critters. Did a great job getting as many cobwebs out of our garage and outdoor gazebo connected near the garage this is the first time I've used their service so I'm hoping it will prevent these little critters and of course the earwigs that like to come up from the sink once in awhile out of the house again the young man that came was very knowledgeable very kind and respectful and they were respectful of my home well they were doing the job.

The fact that this company came out to service within 24 hours of my phonecall was outstanding! I have a MASSIVE earwig infestation on my property (my worst nightmare) that I wanted to get ahead of this year. The other company I hired and pre paid (end of April) said wouldn't "be in my area" for a few weeks, I figured that was ok since the earwigs weren't around yet, then within a few weeks I started seeing some earwigs so I called them. They said they would for sure be here by the end of May, which never happened....beginning of June came and the earwigs were here in full force (THOUSANDS) so I called them to see when they were coming. They proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't be in my area for another couple weeks!!! I canceled them and called Greenix and I'm so glad I did!! First I want to recognize Issac, the representative I spoke to when I made my original call. He was just incredible! He was sooo friendly, patient and informative. I was so stressed from my experience with the company I was currently dealing with and he changed all of that within minutes. He was so personable and kind. He was not only great to "chat with" He really explained everything and was so knowledgeable.. He is a true gem! Jason, which came out to do the service, was absolutely amazing! He communicated when he was going to arrive, showed up right on time, was super nice and professional. He did an explanation of everything upon arrival and answered any questions I had. He was so thorough and did WAY more than just spray the perimeter of my house like other companies in the past. He went above and beyond what I was expecting, including cleaning all the cobwebs and my awnings. He's even swept my porch before he left. lol. Greenix may be a bit more costly than some other companies but they are just awesome and their guarantee to come out within 48 hours for FREE if we have any bug issues in between treatments makes it worth it to me. So far I am very happy with my service from start to finish. I suppose the true test will be if those earwigs come back but as of now I definitely recommend!

Greenix was wonderful to work with! Scheduling my service was quick and professional, with them able to come out and spray the same day! My sales rep, Ryan, was a joy to work with and he helped me out tremendously. My tech, also named Ryan, was very communicative, letting me know he was on his way, when he arrived, and walked me through everything he was doing. He chatted with me one more time before leaving to let me know some problem areas to keep an eye on. I appreciate the level of professionalism as well as the quality of the service and interactions!

Jason did an extremely good job replacing the food in my rat boxes and ant traps inside my home. I would recommend this company to anybody with pesticide and rodent problems.

I’m very disappointed with the overall service from Greenix Pest Control in Michigan. Most of the work didn’t meet expectations, and communication throughout the process was poor. I felt like the company as a whole wasn’t really listening to my concerns or following through on what was promised. However, I want to recognize one technician named Jesse, who completely changed how I viewed the experience. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say, walked me through every step of what he was going to do, and genuinely cared about fixing the problems. The best part was that he didn’t treat me like just another customer — he treated me like a friend, as if we’d known each other for years. That kind of respect and sincerity is rare. If more employees worked like Jesse, Greenix would have a much better reputation. He deserves recognition — he’s the one reason I didn’t lose all faith in the company

LeShawn was amazing and very thorough! I unfortunately had a rat in my basement. LeShawn set up traps in the basement and I also got the package to prevent it from happening again so he set up all of the outdoor traps, swept the outsides of my house free of spiders/webs, and checked to see if there was any evidence where critters could have gotten inside my house. The rat was no longer with us within 20 minutes of him leaving! It was amazing! Definitely recommend Greenix!
