First service was great we still have ants but may take a few more times of treatment s the video explains the work the technician did and the scheduled time frames he was little ahead of schedule that’s awesome! I don’t like salespeople but this time certainly was something I needed to get taken care of 3 more treatments to go though it’s important to give a rating and say everything is perfect I’m waiting to see how well this service will make my aunt problem disappear. Service was great on time and hope to recommend it? Total scammed seriously don’t hire this company

I surely appreciate the top-notch service we have been receiving from Greenline. They are excellent at coordinating and communicating their service visits. The techs ask about particular problems or areas to focus on during each visit. We feel treated with respect. Levi was especially quick, yet thorough with the service today, as has been our experience with all of the techs who have come. These guys take their job seriously. I love these guys!

I was ready to cancel my contract with greenline due to the number of mice that I have found in my home since starting with them. I was assured that the spray they use will repel the mice from entering the home and yet I had more mice than I have ever had and earlier in the year than I had ever seen them. Needless to say I was angry when I called in to their customer service line. The rep I spoke with was very helpful and moved my next treatment to the following day. This is where Ian comes in and the main reason that I am leaving a 5 star review. Ian is beyond phenomenal! He is the most knowledgeable technician I have ever had out to my house between multiple companies over the years. He was patient and answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on ways that I could better limit entry points for the mice going forward. He was also able to appeal to my more logical side and convince me that it was time for a bait box in order to maintain my sanity. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive (despite me not always being easy to deal with). I felt reassured and more confident that we could get the issue resolved after his visit. I can’t say enough positive things about him and the fact that he saved my contract with the company, which at the time was not an easy thing to do. I hope I can continue to work with Ian going forward. He deserves a raise for dealing with me so beautifully!!! 😊

Kyle was outstanding!!! Extremely friendly, very thorough, & helpful. Explained all of the details of what to expect and what type of work-products he was using. With this being my first service, he took a very generous amount of time to ensure that my home was well taken care of!! Thanks a million Kyle!! I hope to see you again for the next service!! We have had such a great experience with greenline pest solutions. We bought a home that hadn’t been occupied for quite a while so there were lots of creepy crawlies that had made themselves right at home. Greenline helped get it under control and continues to keep it that way. Any time we have additional issues they come take care of it. All of their technicians have been fantastic to work with and clearly know what they are doing.

Greenline has been great to work with. We just finished our fall service and the technician Logan was great. He explained the service thoroughly and had some insightful recommendations for us and our backyard. Logan was very friendly and professional.

I have nothing but great things to say about Greenline Pest Solutions! Our sales gal, Lina, was super friendly and was so great with my kids while we were going around looking at the sources of our bugs. She was super knowledgeable about bugs in general. She really cared about getting down to a reasonable price that worked for our tight budget. Our technician was very thorough and explained the process really well. He made sure our pets were safe during the treatment. He was nice and polite. Hershel came back to do a free service and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and addressed all our problem areas.
