I’m new to this service and company… WOW! Mario who came out to the apartment, did an amazing job! He’s professional, fast, thorough, and even swept some spider webs/nest, down from the garage. The service was pleasant from Customer service to Mario who did the exterminating. It’s also very affordable. I was explained things well and everyone was just so friendly and patient with my questions!!! Definitely try this company out, you won’t regret it! Thank you Mario! Oh it was very mindful that shoe covers were worn by him. I forgot to buy some, so seeing him with them on, was such a relief!!!

I went with Green Power because they were highly recommend to me by Nicole and Ricky Newman. I move into a new home and after a couple of weeks started noticing signs of a protection roach issue. I quickly reached out to Green power and Bianca was extremely helpful and understanding and did a great job of explaining their services and assuring me that this would be the company to do the job right the first time, and consistently there after. I got a next day morning appointment and Mario was my tech. He was extremely professional and friendly, kept me informed about what he was doing during the service as needed, let me know the severity of the issue based on his findings (thank God it’s not bad at all and can quickly be eliminated) , and he set my expectations going forward so i know what to expect from this process. He was quick and efficient! Based off my i risk experience i would highly recommend choosing Green Power. I will update after my follow up service!

Mario did a spectacular job! Top tier customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure that my home is bug free as much as possible Left some extra glue traps, took down spiderwebs and took care of all of my concern areas with no problem He was also informative and gave me insight on how to take care of my apartment in between visits! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Jeremy was a little late for his scheduled time but he had texted me to let me know so all was good. He was courteous, friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable and thorough. I will be pleased to have him return. This was my first visit from Green Power so Jeremy took the extra time to explain the program and that they would return if I needed them for any reason. I look forward to working with these folks.

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Signed up for service. Was billed every month even though you don’t receive service every month. Yet every time I turn around my house still had a horrible spider problem on the exterior. When I called and asked for them to come try to do something to fix this spider problem (months after their service was started) I was told they are unable to come out because the products they use are meant to last. (It wasn’t I found a spider on my bed). The next time they were scheduled to come out was a month later. On the day they were scheduled to come for service they called and said they would have to reschedule because it was raining. The next day they called to reschedule and said they couldn’t come back for another month. Meanwhile I’ve been charged now 3 months in a row without a single treatment or service. So I canceled and was required to pay a $90 cancellation fee. Update: Was contacted by the owner Benji who is very personable and very willing to make things right. He refunded the $90 cancellation fee, completely agreed the service was not up to his standards and genuinely apologized. He had Juan one of his guys to my house within days to make it right. Juan did a great job. After all I would recommend their service because I would much rather hire a good honest company. Thank you again Benji for making it right. Will continue to use his service. It will not let me change the stars but would love to add stars to this review after it has been all said and done.

Mario arrived on time and gave a heads up text when he was 30 mins out which i appreciate. He did a great job. He was kind and went above and beyond to treat our house and yard. He was knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service.

So Jeremy came out to my house today and first time. Homeowner explained things to me thoroughly when I say thoroughly I mean thoroughly super kind just a great person, and I am extremely pleased with their services cause you know a girl from the city cannot do bugs.

Juan came out yesterday to treat our home and I’m glad he did, my husband ended up going into cardiac arrest while he was informing us (in a very detailed and concrete way) Not only did he immediately help my husband by performing CPR and instructing me to call 911 he also stayed until they showed up and even made me a cup of tea after to calm my nerves. Even after all that he still did an amazing job and was nice! Would definitely recommend this employee!
