Harbor Pest came out, took care of our termite issue, and cleaned up. Mostly, they worked within a very tight timeframe that we had, and their price was in line with other good companies.

The experience was disorganized and lacked professionalism. The initial communication contained multiple typos, including errors in the subject line and personal information. I received a $0 invoice after the inspection with no explanation, and was later told it was a placeholder. When I followed up, I was informed the invoice couldn’t be found -later discovered it was saved under incorrect details. The final quote included no summary of inspection findings (other than a box checked, saying, the boat needed fumigated). I was told I would need to contact the inspector directly for that information, which should have been clearly documented. Poor communication and administrative oversight throughout. I ultimately went with another termite company that was significantly more professional, transparent, and quoted me less than half the price. The difference in communication and clarity was night and day. I’m glad I took the time to get a second opinion.

I have used Harbor Pest Control for many years, even have a contract for termites on my home. I have also used them on a 3 unit rental property to treat for pests when they arise. They are professional and go above and beyond to do a good job and provide important information. They are my go-to company.

We needed bee removal from an attic at our condominium complex. Juan guided us through the process and shared his expertise to help us avoid a reoccurrence. He was very patient with us.

The onsite guys were really good to go, but Gina was an absolute train wreck, rude kept interrupting me. Too lazy to send a confirmation E-mail. A couple of snarky remarks to boot. I almost cancelled, but the guys are squared away and I know she is most likely just a Min wage worker and not representative of the entire company. I called her back and cancelled, she was just way too out of line.

We have used Harbor Pest Control several times at different properties both for pests and termites. They always do an excellent thorough job, good communicators and fair pricing. We will continue to use them.

We were dealing with an infestation of ants. Robert came out and was very capable and respectful. Two days later the ants reappeared in a different spot. Robert returned. There was one episode, so back came Robert, with another type of ant bait. They have not since returned. Happy with the professionalism and care of Harbor Pest.
