Technician Jake arrived at my scheduled appointment on-time. He asked what issue we were experiencing (ants, ants ants). He then explained the service treatment, and proceeded to treat the outside perimeter of the house and the indoor affected areas. Jake was polite and professional. Based on today's service I would highly recommend this company and their technician Jake.

Jake came to the house on time, even a bit before the schedule, which was great, no waiting around. He is professionally dressed, very courteous, and though in doing his work. He addresses me by name, which shows that he is professional in his work ethic as well. We are happy to have him back quarterly m.

My mom have been using Hartz for many years now and we’ve always had a good experience. Mr. Richard came and treated my home back in July and I didn’t have any issues until the rain we had recently. I had a tree roach in my room and for peace of mind, I scheduled a re-treatment for my house. Mr. Richard came out, did the attic, the inside and outside my house. He’s a really nice gentleman and I love his positive attitude. I was running late for work so he brought the service note for me to sign and I was able to make my way to work. Just an fyi: I get my home treated every quarter and it’s about $115 which I think is a affordable price

Hartz Pest control has been providing service to my house for many years and I must say that today was a different and great experience. I always request the first appointment of the day so I can go to work right after and for the first time in all these years that the technician (Jake) was at my house at 7:30 am, in the past, there was always the excuse of traffic, but I was pleasantly surprised that he came in at the time I had requested, he was polite and professional.
