Very disappointed with Heron. Been having this issue for at least 2 months and each time they come out, I get a different story about what is causing the grass to die. Most recently they told me I needed to increase watering because of heat damage. Yesterday I was told it is fungus because of too much water. They also can't get weeds under control.

Just wanted give a shout out to Eli! He is the most kind & respectful technician I have ever spoken with. He works my schedule and is always amazing! I would give him a 100 stars if I could and props to Heron for having such an incredible employee.

Patrick Collier has been our Heron tech for years now. He has learned well the issues with our lawn and gardens. He has worked diligently on any issues I shared with him and has been very successful at either resolving any issues or educating me as to the root causes. Thanks to Patrick's efforts, our place looks the best it has ever looked. Recently the company moved him out of our area and I along with many others in the area are very sad to see him go. He had built up a lot of trust and comfort with the customers he served so well for a long time. Under Patrick's care, the service has been 5 stars. We hope we can continue with this high rating with whomever comes in after him, but they have really big shoes to fill.

Everyone at Heron has been very helpful and polite. However, you always wonder when the service tech shows up what kind of experience you’re going to have? Albert was the technician and he was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, showed me all about the system, took time to explain features, he was very personable, was not in a hurry, he actually seemed to enjoy his time here setting up my system. Everything he suggested was reasonable and when he left, all was complete, not anything was missing A Super experience can’t recommend Heron and Albert enough. Heron, Albert represents your company very well.

Angel is an expert at identifying and eliminating any insects. He’s the best. He’s serviced us for nine year and has been outstanding with service and is very friendly. I highly recommend him!

I have been a long time customer for several years and never had a problem. Since March 2025 the service has declined. I have had to call 4 times to complain and prior to this I never had to call their office.

I hired Heron to care for my newly planted lawn, and after six months, it's now full of weeds. I've sent numerous messages, and no one has resolved anything. The lawn is full of weeds, and there's no grass left in some areas. They're always apologizing that they need to check the irrigation system, which is fine since it's a newly built house. I hope they resolve the problem because I'm throwing my money away

Like the last two 1 star reviews, my yard looks terrible. We’ve been loyal customers for over 10 years without any issues until this year. We used to have a yard we were proud of, but now it is embarrassing. Over the last several months, we’ve received conflicting explanations for the decline. On one occasion, it appeared the technician didn't even treat the yard-he simply placed a sign, and others confirmed there were no notes indicating any issues with my yard. Ive been told multiple times that someone would come out, but no one ever showed. Recently, the territory manager, Jon visited. I told him we would not pay another dime. He was apologetic, said he understood, and promised to make things right. He committed to aerating the yard last Tuesday and then plugging it at no charge. I was hopeful we could turn things around. Unfortunately, he was a no-show. I called the office last week to report this, but haven't heard back from anyone. I recommend staying away from Heron until they resolve their service issues and restore the level of quality and reliability they once provided.

Anthony De Jesus did an excellent job in describing what he was going to be treating my yard for and what I needed to do to help solve some issues I'm having. He also went an extra step in address some pest issues that I forgot to mention but he noticed while spraying my yard. That only told me that he was paying attention to what he was doing and looking out for what my concerns. I appreciate that time he took and wish I could be home more often when this service is complete to get educated.
