He took the time to ask about any specific pest concerns and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to my situation. Darla Munoz was our technician who came out for our initial in home and outside pest control service. I would have liked for her to spray more of the backyard area (see photos). There are still ants crawling around today.

Eduardo is amazing! We don’t utilize our indoor service because he does such a great job making sure the perimeter of the property, the flower beds, and any openings like entry doors or garage doors are taken care of. He’s extremely pleasant to talk to, and I’m impressed with how patient and how considerate he is. He knows the exact spots that we want taken care of during our routine service, and he’s still willing to listen to the same list each time. I usually get a text for when he’s on his way and when the service is complete. It’s very convenient and considerate for when I have meetings or I’m on a call. Thanks again, Eduardo!

Every month we look forward to seeing Jorge Sanchez. His communication with me to inform of his arrival is a 10+. Jorge shows that he enjoys his work just by asking questions if there have been any changes since last month. He goes above and beyond. Having pest, rodent or termites, call them don't just take my word and see for yourself. Price reasonable.

As we all know there many pest control company fighting for your business and I feel so very fortunate to have selected Home Shield Pest Control. #1 they are family owned. #2 you can’t help notice the overwhelming number positive feedback reviews on Yelp. They a very thorough company that explains everything in detail before starting their service. My Home Shield technicians name was Reggie who was very professional, personal, thorough, thoughtful, who seemed to love his job and it showed. I asked if he would be one of servicing my home in the future go forward because that’s what I was hoping. But he explained at the current time Home Shield is using him as a floater and it’s possible that I could be seeing him again. He also expressed that I would be getting a follow call to two weeks to see if everything okay. This is a first for me as I’ve dealt with many other pest control companies in the past at my other homes and I was impressed. Great job Home Shield

Hector Villegas has been our technician from HomeShield Pest Control for a little over a month, now, and we could not be happier with his professionalism, his service, or the results he has achieved. Mr. Villegas has always been prompt and thorough. He has accomplished more toward solving our problem in the past five weeks than our prior company was able to do in a year. He achieves measurable results and is very easy to work with. We get a detailed report after each of his visits, and he is diligent in letting us know what is going on with the services he provides, and in discussion plans for the next service. I have no hesitation in giving Mr. Villegas my highest recommendations.

I called on Tuesday and I had an appointment for Thursday for ant and spider control. The service done by Darla was great. She explained everything she was going to do and seemed to do a thorough job. A lot of time was spent making sure all areas were covered. She said at the end that she would come back in two weeks. I paid for a one year treatment plan and because we have never had ants before we thought this was the best approach.

I spoke with Eduardo on his way to my house. I explained that I wanted a spray for spiders and he told me that they use a chemical that is good for all-around. He went on to explain how they would de-cobweb the exterior of the house, but as you can see from the photos, it doesn't appear that that occurred at all.

Friendly warning: If you sign up for the annual service it will auto-renew after a year and you can't cancel online. And you will have to call to cancel, pay a $150 charge for early cancellation, and they will use salesy tactics to try to keep you on and paying. The service itself was good though, and everyone is very professional. I just can't recommend them because of the negative cancellation experience. This would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Today I had a preventative pest control spray service done for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Xavier was incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough. He texted me ETA and arrived right on time, introduced himself politely, and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before starting. And walk me through the process—what areas they’d be treating, what type of spray they used, etc. Xavier was very detailed and patient, answering all my questions and made sure to treat both the inside and outside carefully, paying attention to corners, window etc.. The spray they used had no odor and I will wait for some time to see how it goes, hopefully I don’t need to deal with any bugs:)
