I called this company and I get an answering service on Google maps it shows it’s in our location. The ZIP Code was 77024. She damn hung up on me and said they don’t service this location. I’m pretty sure they bought all their reviews because that’s just downrightunprofessional

We just had a visit from Alterra doing a promotional free service, and we signed up to be customers under a new 1 year contract. Oscar Brown was our Service Pro today and he was amazing. Very helpful, informative and did a thorough job in spraying the house. We also have a dog that he was very nice to, and also did a good job informing us of what was pet friendly, and how long we needed to wait before letting the dog back into the yard. I would highly recommend Oscar! Thanks for the great visit today.

The Service Pro that came to my home today, Joey Gary, did a great job. He was thorough and explained everything to me very well. He knew what he was doing and seemed knowledgeable about his work. I'm convinced that Alterra is a good company providing a good service because of Joey. I appreciate a guy like him with a good work ethic and pleasant attitude. I will definitely continue to use Alterra for my pest control service and hope that Joey will be servicing my home in the future.

My first experience with Alterra Pest Control was a very pleasant one. I wasn't home to meet Evan the first time he came out but on his second trip to service the inside he was very professional and kind. The service all around was wonderful. I also had an equally wonderful experience on my next visit. Joey Gary, was also very professional and my 2 yr old seemed to think he was great. My overall experience has been wonderful with both service techs. Thank you for service well done.

We had our first treatment with Alterra today. Our Service Pro, Oscar Brown, was fantastic! He cleared all of the hard to reach wasp and hornet nests out and thoroughly covered our yard and home. He even told us where we can make changes to help keep spiders from entering from other properties near ours. Very impressed with his work and professionalism.

I have used Alterra for a few years now and had exceptional service from John Block today. He had to come finish my backyard since I forgot to put my dogs inside a few days ago. He was very friendly and helpful. I also have an issue with a mouse that he offered to help us with. He offered to set the trap then I could call him and he could come remove it so I wouldn't have to deal with it at all. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
