I was very disappointed with the service we received from Humphrey’s this year and won’t be using them again. We called to have a volleyball sized wasp nest removed from our roofline. The technician came out and sprayed the nest and left a complete and utter chemical/toxic mess all over my back deck, grill, outside walls, and deck furniture ahead of a baby shower we were scheduled to have out back. After spraying, the technician told my wife that he would come back in a day or two to remove the nest after the wasps have had a chance to leave the nest (which makes sense). After no return, I called to ask when they would be coming to remove the nest and asked if they could come clean up the mess that was made. I was transferred to sales (Marcos?) and was told it would be a $50 up charge to remove the nest (on an already $300 bill). This was never initially disclosed to us even after inquiring during the scheduling process of any other services/fees I should be aware of. It also completely different than what the technician told us when he was out our house. The sales rep did offer to send someone out eventually to clean up the toxic chemicals, but couldn’t guarantee they would clean up before the baby shower. Humphreys should also have Marcos attend some online classes in customer service as he was somewhat rude, snarky, and completely lacking in empathy or understanding. Despite the mess he made, the actual technician was very nice. There are plenty of pest control services for our area, I suggest you chose a different one. Photos attached.

We have been with Humphreys for 5 years. We were happy until our last few visits. TWICE we were sent a bill saying a technician had just completed the service at our house. However, no one had shown up— our ring footage confirms no one was at the house. The first time, they sent a technician to complete it. The second time, no one came. After calling and leaving a voicemail, I never got a call back. Just got a bill in the mail for this “service.” Called 3 times, was on hold then hung up on. Someone at this company is not being honest.

They have excellent customer relationship services - they called me promptly based on an email I sent them about wasps on the deck, scheduled an appointments, and the person (Weday) called before coming, and came well within the set interval. Weday was very pleasant and professional. He explained what he was going to do, and pointed out the results (dead wasps). He also explained the 60 day warranty. Overall, I couldn't he more satisfied. My thanks to the full team for running such an excellent service. I wish them all the best.

The technician arrived at about 915. The appointment was from 9 to 12 so I appreciated him coming early and on time. He was very respectful of our property. He put protective coverings on his shoes so not to track any water or ice from the snow residue in the house. He went to the basement, the garage and the first and second floor of our house and he did a great job less than 20 minutes. We’ve been using Humphreys for over 20 years. There’s no reason to switch. We’considering another vendor.

Brian is fantastic…pleasant, informed, reliable. Service is always great. Negative is that I have to remember to arrange service. The office never calls..

Fast and friendly service. I had called several other companies to help with a squirrel problem who were slow to respond. Humphrey's sent an inspector the same day, provided a quote while onsite, and called to schedule the trap set-up within 3o minutes of leaving.

We were dealing with a pretty frustrating ant invasion inside the house, and to make things worse, a growing wasp problem under the deck. Thankfully, Humphrey's really came through. From the moment I called, their team was professional, quick to respond, and clearly knew their stuff. The technician showed up right on time, took a good look at both issues, and walked me through the plan in a way that actually made sense and gave me confidence. Within just a few days, the ants were gone and the wasps were no longer a threat. I really appreciated how thorough they were, especially since our outdoor space is a big part of our daily life.
