I have been using Ideal Peat Control, since I moved to Savannah, almost a year ago. I moved from an arid climate, where roaches were rarely found. I was petrified, when I found them in my home, and called Ideal. Brannon, the tech, came out and located the main entry points. He was very thorough, explaining, the different species, and methods to eradicate the problem. After the first visit, I noticed a sharp decline in pests, and by the third visit, I was roach free, and haven’t had a problem since. The monthly visits are reasonably priced, and the appointment time and date set in advance, but changing the time, or date hasn’t been an issue. I highly recommend this company!

I have been using Ideal Pest Control for 23 years now for my Home in Savannah. They are always prompt, courteous, professional, responsive and have been very effective in keeping creepy crawlies in southern Georgia outside my home instead of inside. If they do creep inside (which can happen with weather, windows, doors no matter what) they’re never alive by the time I find them due to their treatment. And what they use is also safe for my kids and pets. Highly recommend! Family Company with great southern customer service. Owner Eric and Brandon are great. And rates are reasonable. For All these reasons I’ve never switched for 24 years to any other company.

Very happy customer here. Locally owned and operated is always my preference, and this family never disappoints. I've called them out of my mind with irrational fears of roaches and spiders and they've always been kind and responsive. Eric is especially good at talking me down when I'm freaking out. One of the best things is the way he explains what he's going to do and what I can expect as far as results. Results! Excellent results! They've done such a good job that even the little spider traps are empty now. I can't say enough great things about Ideal Pest Control. :)
