We are always so impressed with our service from Alterra. Today we had Blake Brill, and he was excellent! He checked in before he started to identify our problem areas. He also noticed that we had "critter" problem and took the initiative to set the right traps and explain them to me. We really appreciate that Alterra not only deals with bugs but helps address critters too! We appreciate the great customer service we always receive, and we most definitely appreciate a pretty close to bug free home :)

I have been using Alterra since last summer, and have been very pleased with the results. Steve arrived bright and early on a very cold frosty morning and went straight to work, cleaning around the eves of the house - to me a very important place to clean - great place for spiders to hang out! He was very thorough and the cold didn't seem to phase him - all of the property boarders were covered and his job was finished in a timely manner. Ros K

We have used a previous commercial pest service in the past with basically satisfactory results but not so satisfactory service. The Alterra sales rep was very informative and patient with answering the questions I posed. We signed up for service and our Alterra "service professional" Jordan C. arrived on time (actually within the first 10-15 minutes of our time range) and was extremely courteous and informative. He reiterated much of what had been explained by our sales rep and explained where he would be performing his work and what to expect. Prior to leaving, he went over what he did, where certain elements were and explained what to look for over the next week or two so that we could better determine if a follow-up (complementary) service would be warranted prior to the next service visit. Although we are new customers, we feel confident that we have made the right decision choosing Alterra as our pest control service. - Jennifer L

Nate was the service professional that came to our house for our initial consultation and treatment. He was extremely thorough in talking to us about the company and in the treatment he provided. He spent a lot of time with us, wasn't rushed, and made me feel like he really wanted us to be 100% satisfied with him and what Alterra could do for us. He fulfilled all of our requests and seemed more than willing to go above and beyond. He listened to my kids and their requests to kill any spiders in our basement. :-) After being less that satisfied with other pest control services, I have a very good first impression of this company and think I will be very happy with the services and treatments. I like Alterra as a company because the do a great job, and they are thorough, and I don't have bugs in my house, which sounds simple, but that's the bottom line, and why I pay for the service. Kristin came out today and did a wonderful job checking the place. She was kind and nice to my kids, and even to my dog, who can sometimes spook visitors. But what really got me was was that she was also really enthusiastic and joyful about doing her job, which just really surprised and impressed me. I like doing business with people who show enjoyment in doing their job, and with companies who bring it on. Thanks for sharing the Joy!
