My initial phone call with Joe was awesome, he was super informative and wanted to make sure I had all my needs covered. He was able to get a technician out next day and I had such a friendly experience. I showed Tyler which bug I found and he was able to explain to me whether or not they were dangerous and we should be worried. Sprayed inside and out and the results were almost instant. I always noticed way too many ants on my outside patio and steps and they basically vanished. I’m super happy with their service and friendly tone. Definitely keeping my retainer moving forward into the upcoming years.

Joe and his team did an amazing job with treating my home to prevent termites! He came over the same day I called! He set up bait stations the following day!! Highly recommend!!!

The guys at James River did a bang up job. I discovered a very large nest of bald faced hornets in a tree in my front yard. I called James River around 6pm to see their availability and they were at my house by noon the next day. In under 45 minutes they had exterminated the nest and completely removed it. The price was excellent and watching from a window the aggressiveness of those hornets it was a great value! Highly recommend!

Discovered a hornets nest in a tree in my backyard on a Friday. Called James River Pest and talked extensively with Joe.I called a couple of competitors in the process and decided to cal Joe back at 8:30pm to use James River services. Joe scheduled the removal and treatment of the hornets nest on the upcoming Monday morning. Joe arrived at 9:30am on Monday took care of the issue. Very respectful of my property, professional and I would definitely recommend their services.

I had an excellent experience with James River Pest Solutions; Joe was very helpful and accommodating, and personally came to my house to treat for a minor flea infestation. I was very impressed with the service we received, and I haven’t seen a flea since. Highly recommended.

I used James River Pest Solution in Midlothian for a flea issue and they did a great job. They were on time, efficient, communicated well, and offered a reasonable price for the service. The only critique I have is that I wish we had been given more advance guidance on how to prep the house, like what to move or cover, before the treatment. That would’ve made things smoother. Other than that, they were professional and I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others in the area.
