    Hopefully this review isn’t premature but we just got our initial treatment for spiders, fleas and ticks + mosquitoes add on thanks to Milo knocking on our door on the right day at the right time (just saw a brown recluse in our garage the day before!). Cian came out a few days later and was pleasant and professional.

    Christopher M. Has completely changed my review on the company. He was efficient! Called before he came, answered my call because I missed his, left voicemails updating the duration of his arrival etc. I was an angry customer but Chris was the game changer! Thanks Chris

    Trenton for very courteous and explained in detail what services he would be performing. He gave me a time table for when it would be safe to let my dog outside. He asked if I had any questions and answered it thoroughly.

    We had Daniel, Marcos and Jason come out today, and they were fast, diligent and friendly! We would recommend them, they worked very well together to make sure to get every crack and crevice outside of our house and it a quick and efficient way! They also were very nice to notice we had kids and gave us coloring books for them!

    Milo came I believe 3 weeks ago and he was super professional and friendly. Thanks to him I started my plan. One of the works cake I don't remember his name but he was an American, blonde, gentleman with glasses who was also super friendly and super efficient 🙏🏽 Joshua M came today and I explained a wasp nest issue, he was quick and able to remove the nest thankfully. Everyone I've talked with has been amazing. Thank you so much to these three gentlemen!

    These guys did an awesome job! Their supervisor was training two new employees, they showed up after the usual expected hours, yet they did a professional job. They addressed the rodent activity in my backyard, maintained a high level of professionalism, and still came off as neighborly despite the late hour they came to fulfill their schedule. I’ve been a customer for several years and this is the first time I’ve encountered them, and I am very pleased with what they do…and I’m told I hold everyone to a very to a high standard! Thank you!!

    Used them as they came recommended from a family member, all the employees are very kind and friendly! The reason for the 3 rating is that they will give you these “free inspections” and one of them that was for a termite inspection ended up with him in the attic trying to say that we had an emergency infestation and that they would get someone out immediately and get the 1 day project done for $16k…. Had a second opinion come through and say that they didn’t see anything that would qualify as an emergency nor even any kind infestation as was claimed by Joshua’s. Best part was they quoted us $2,200 for the exact same services.

    PLEASE READ. We’ve been Joshua’s customers FOR YEARS. Do not use them. 1) they inserted their repellent traps and do their “monthly,” “bi-annual,” and “annual” inspections. These inspections are a joke and are conducted by people who I’d hardly consider trained. I found this out after my husband and I did some gardening and found our trees had overgrown THREE in-ground traps, which were to be inspected bi-annually. After making a formal complaint, a tech showed the following day. But he didn’t have a map and asked me where their locations were (which he should’ve known upon arrival). His inspection consisted of staring at the trap, stating “looks good!” and then walking away. 2) during our annual attic inspection, the person had no idea what vermiculite was and had to be told what it was by my husband. We had to get a secondary attic inspection by another company. Our attic ended up having asbestos, which was not caught by Joshua’s. 3) our monthly “technician” didn’t show up for 2 months straight. We work from home and have cameras, so we know when there are people. At first, every time I called to ask the status of a tech’s arrival, their phone stated theyre on office training, and then hung up so I couldn’t leave a voicemail. But don’t worry, they still got that autopayment even though I had an issue with ants for months (which I shouldn’t have with a pest control company). It wasn’t until I finally got through to Joshua’s and stated that I would be contacting my bank to block all previous transactions for non-services that they finally showed up again. Thoroughly disappointed in you as a company. We sent an email to discontinue services. Response email received was from “Moxie,” stating we’d have to wait 48hrs for someone to reach out to us about reviewing our request. NOT an allowance of discontinue, but a review on if they’d allow discontinuation, with no mention of discontinuing or even temporarily suspending payments. Edit: 4) we discontinued our service. I got a notification AFTER stopping service stating that a technician was coming out. I called to check that it was just for removal of traps. The person on the phone verified that’s what the technician was coming out for. I also asked if we wouldnt be charged on auto payments anymore. She verified we wouldn’t be, & I asked for an email to have this in writing. I never got the email, even after she read out my email correctly. Again, they didn’t get every trap out of our property. Some stuff was left behind, and some of the traps were even broken inside the ground (see attached photos). And today I checked our bank account and we were charged a monthly autopayment (which I now can’t access an online portal account because we discontinued service).
