Originally went with this company after seeing the reviews but my experience doesn’t reflect the 4.9 rating. Firstly, they continuously would make appointments less then 72 hour notice. I would just receive a text, that they’d be there X day. Mind you, i am freshly postpartum and explained that I would need to discuss a good day for a tech to come out- and I’d like to be reached out too to schedule that day when it works for me (usually customary you’d think. The customer’ typically has to have it work for their schedule. Crazy times we live in.) this happened 2/3 separate times before I just got fed up, and cancelled indefinitely. You can only handle the same mistake so much. I asked them to stop scheduling me due to their lack of control and time management. I then receive a 250$ bill, after only having one visit. Conveniently, my cancellation fee was originally 2300 but their “manager lowered it to 250 for me” (aren’t I a winner) I will never recommend this place after this experience. I rarely care enough to leave reviews. But you have to either be a stellar company for me too- or an absolute downright horrible one. I will let you guys read this and make your own decision, I implore everyone to look elsewhere before coming to this company. I learned my lesson. Here’s their text below, after never being able to text me back about working with my schedule. But they sure can about money.

Logan did an excellent job at my initial appointment pointing out where mice may be entering my home and suggesting ways to remedy their entry. He was thorough in his inspection and treatment for both mice and bugs. He also took a close look at the bugs I already have in my house and assured me all were harmless. I appreciate that extra bit of assurance while I wait for the application to get rid of them!

These guys exceeded expectations through the whole process. Jeremy was super helpful with signing our contract and setting up our first service appointment. Logan was our tech and he was great! He addressed all of our concerns and double checked everything throughout the house inside and out. He was really thorough. We’ve had pest services before and these guys exceeded expectation by far!

Logan did a great job. He was knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything thoroughly and took care completing the pest control plan we discussed. Booking the appointment was easy and convenient. Everything was explained up front, no surprises.

Logan was terrific; very friendly, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) thorough. He took the time to listen to me rant about my problem areas and went above and beyond to provide additional service for my nearly impossible mosquito situation. Whatever happens as far as effectiveness is concerned, it will be beyond this company's control, as my neighbor is neglectful with standing water situations; that said, Logan gets 5 stars from our household, hands down. I definitely recommend this company. Each of their techs has provided customer service (in-office ppl are fantastic, too), but he has been my favorite throughout my 18 months as a patron. Keep up the good work, y'all!

I was very impressed with the service I got from Kentucky Pest Control. Working with Jeremy to get the appointment set up and Eveline doing the actual treatment was so smooth. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like my concerns were handled well and efficiently!!

While visiting family in Kentucky, I was able to meet the Kentucky pest control representative Logan. So pleasant , efficient, knowledgeable and honest! A great representative. It is always challenging to manage family issues from afar but nice to know that Logan is doing an excellent job!

Kentucky Pest Control is a fantastic company! My technician, James is extremely knowledgeable. James made sure to read the notes prior to his arrival. He text me in advance to let me know that he had read the notes and let me know he was on his way. James made sure to take his time and did a thorough job! He is very professional, I highly recommend KPC & James!!!

James was very professional and pleasant when he came into our home. Treated us just like family. Explained everything that he was going to do. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks James for the awesome work taking care of us.

Ky Pest Control is AMAZING. They were very informative, honest, and thorough. Not only did they have good information but they had helpful suggestions for ridding us of our bug problem, as well. I appreciated the time Logan, our tech, took to answer questions and explain the process. They’ve been amazing!
