I had an awful experience with bedbugs after staying in a holiday let, and despite following all the right advice, I couldn’t shake the anxiety that I might have brought them home. Calm, reassuring, and incredibly kind, he took the situation seriously and never once made me feel like I was overreacting (even though I felt like a complete wreck). He answered every call promptly, gave clear and helpful advice, and was genuinely understanding throughout. When he arrived, it honestly felt like a hero had turned up at my door. He was professional, reliable, and his prices were very reasonable too. Kieran brought me peace of mind when I desperately needed it. I genuinely could not recommend him more highly.

Kieran was really knowledgeable and did a great job with the rodents in our loft space. Found the ingress point really quickly and used tracking dust in the loft to ensure there were no further access points before blocking it up. Kieran was also able to tell us that it was just one or two rats and not a big infestation. Really professional and friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kieran!
