Matt was very punctual and knowledgeable. I showed him where I thought mice were coming in, and he was very thorough in looking all around the outside and inside of the house and garage. He was pleasant, professional and quick yet competent. I really appreciate me his advice and that he listened to my concerns. We've had other pest services over the years but Kwik Kill was by far the best and we will use them exclusively going forward. With an older house, over the years we've had bats, stink bugs, you name it. Recently, we identified carpenter ants. And where other companies didn't address them, Kwik Kill turns out is experts at them. The communication was very professional. They took a lot of time assessing our house and even the trees in our yard. Then they communicated what they were going to do, the expectations we should have in terms of elimination of the ants over three weeks, and what they were using and where. All very clear and very understandable at a detail we hadn't seen before with others. We have grandchildren and they quickly solved our worries about any cause for concern. The $350 cost comes with a guarantee through the end of the year with no charge if we still have ants -- and if we have a problem after that, we get a significant break on a further treatment. Can't say how impressed we were compared to past experiences. It was like night and day.

Josh did a thorough job at our initial assessment and talked through all of our options for continued service. After each monthly visit he gives a detailed description of what he did while here. He’s been very professional and friendly as well. So far-no mice or bug issues like we had!

Josh with Kwik Kill took great care of me. I had a mouse in the house and he took the time to find any entry points and seal them up. He also added interior and exterior traps to the property. I found mice in my condo and called Kwik Kill, located here in Monona. Scheduling was easy and a technician, Jacob, came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to what I had been noticing, then did a thorough look around the whole condo. He plugged up holes and told me what to look for, and placed a number of bait stations. They use a poison that makes the mice go outside in urgent need of water, so they die outside. He explained what happens if they can’t get outside as we’ve hopefully sealed the access points. Jacob addressed my concerns about my dog, whom I love dearly, and I am no longer worried this will put her at risk. Jacob also looked thoroughly around the outside of the condo and located many access points where the mice could get into my unit and also the building in general. He plugged the holes using expanding foam. It was shocking to see all the ways they could get in. He also left two bait stations outside. He will come back in three weeks to check on things and will clean up the foam so it’s not noticeable. The total cost to me was $400. Now I am hoping to have peace of mind.

This entire process has been so quick and easy. Scheduling was fast and convenient. Josh was a fabulous tech and did a great job explaining everything and checking for understanding. I'm feeling confident that our mouse issues will be soon over.

Don & Kwik Kill were great! We have been putting off dealing with mice getting into our walls from outside for too long. Don came out, showed me different places where it was happening, closed em up, and then walked all over the house getting things sealed. Very easy, quick, and reasonably priced. We are impressed and signed up for their monthly program.
