Called on Friday for pest control service contract. Fast appointment time, he was here Monday morning. Fair pricing. He was nice and very professional. I really like the email after services that tells you exactly what he did as well as what products he used.

My experience with Rick Lamp has been awesome. I am moving to SC from another state. He has been a pleasure to coordinate and work with for my initial pest control application. He spent time on the phone explaining the quarterly plan, type of bugs in SC and what made the most sense with me just moving in. After his service he sent me a video to detail what he did and what type of pest he found that I may have to fight regularly (millipedes). Good customer service with positive personality is like a diamond in the rough now-a-days! Rick is a diamond.
