Jaden has been helping us for about 6 months now. He is so good to communicate and make sure we have our pets ready if we want him to do the inside. He definitely earned those stars as well as the company. I highly recommend!!!

They came by as we first moved into our new construction house and proposed a one year service to get and initial handle on pests. Been pleased with their professionalism and effective treatments. Most recently Nic did a great job servicing our home and communicating throughout the process.

Lava Rock Pest Control has been spectacular in all areas. We had a different pest control previously, and were still constantly seeing pests. Since switching to Lava Rock, there have been almost no bugs, which is a huge relief!! All the techs are friendly and prompt with their service! I also really appreciate the text responses and updates on when they are on their way, or finished etc. They are always very prompt at responding to any of my concerns, too. Extremely happy overall and definitely recommend to all!

I like the Way Nic communicated with me telling me When he would be at my home. He did a thorough job! He asked if there was anything special he wanted me to do like inside my home and garage. Unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well today so if I need that service done, I will let you know! The first time your employee treated my exterior, they did an excellent job! They treated my bushes and my aphids went away, and my plants were able to flower again!! This means so much to me as part of your service!
