I only have HIGH PRAISES for Live Oak Pest Control and our service provided by Donald. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Donald is prompt to arrive always. He communicates well with his customers to coordinate directly. The office staff is always friendly and easy to work with. Donald builds relationships not just show up to spray. He is trustworthy, considerate and conscience. He also keeps us updated with any new services offered.

Randy was awesome! He was incredibly kind and professional from the start. He also won my dogs trust as soon as he came through the door and even complimented my home, which was such a nice touch and made me even more comfortable. Randy took the time to listen to my concerns about bug and mosquito bites from the backyard and recommended the Thermacell product as a solution. He clearly explained the pricing, and thanks to his suggestion, my partner and I are now seriously considering purchasing one, maybe more! Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m truly grateful I had the chance to meet with him. :-)

Live Oak Pest Control is a reliable and efficient company with great customer service. Recently had a one time service with Jason who is a wonderful addition to the company. Jason took his time to actively listen to the situation we were having and asked follow up questions to make sure he understood our situation thoroughly. Even after administering service, he made it a point to come back in and explain to us what he saw and what problem areas he noticed as well as what he did to try to improve the situation. Would definitely recommend this company and Jason for professionalism and efficiency!

Have to say Chad, my service provider did a good job. He was very informative as to what to expect and what signs to look for in the future. He treated both my home and a tiny house hideaway. Fingers crossed he has the stuff to get rid of the critters I couldn’t!! A little disappointed that the big house and the 160 sf hideaway both cost the same amount for treatment but - company policy I guess. Also, may I suggest they remove the “rodents” from their website as I did request an assist in getting rid of the critters under the house on my “Get a free quote”. I had hoped to get it all done with one company.

Carley is absolutely a gem! She is always so kind, caring, knowledgeable, supportive and funny! She goes over and beyond to be prompt upon arrival, always asks if there have been any live bug 🐞 🪳🕷️🪲🦟🐜 actions and we couldn’t be more pleased!
