I hired LPC to mitigate a yellow jacket nest from under my porch. Billy came and inspected the area and said he did not believe a nest was there. He then walked the perimeter of my house dribbling some solution from a small sprayer. He stated that I would see NOTHING near the house, "for a few months." That was August 18th. We continued to have yellow jacket activity. I found and destroyed the nest myself. I feel I paid for nothing and haven't been able to address this with billy, who on voice mail stated he had done a 60 day treatment.

We have been customers of Local Pest Control for years. We have never had a problem. James is great. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have a few carpenter bees hanging around and instead of coming out to remove them at an unnecessary cost to me, it was explained that they were not eating my wood and I could simply spray them and treat the wood to keep them away. But if I really wanted they would come out. I really appreciate their honesty in not creating a bill when the problem was simple.
