We have really enjoyed working with Lookout Pest Control for the rental properties that we manage. The service techs Chris and Kevin have both done a really great job and gone the extra mile to make sure we are happy understand the services. The office staff have been great as well. Chris is great - good communication, worked hard while he was here and helped educate me on the treatment. He’s been consistently great. He works around my schedule and is very conscientious when servicing inside and out. --- 9/22/25 update. Chris continues to communicate well, show up on time and is very respectful when he works inside and outside of the house. I like getting the same person every month as I get great quality and trust Chris in my home.

Delmar just recently serviced our home and was very professional and courteous. Did a thorough job of his inspection as well. Gave us the "stats" about the job as well. Am satisfied with his work. Adjusting to Lookout Pest Co. After Ace but all seems fine so far.

I have had amazing service from Kevin and Chris from lookout pest control! Chris came out today and serviced my inside and out was very nice and polite. Kevin is my regular guy that does the service with my house and he is always on time and very knowledgeable… I am thankful for lookout for keeping my house clear from bugs

Chris serviced our home and did a great job. He explained everything and was very courteous. He gave me notice he was coming out the evening before and 10 minutes before arrival. He also reminded me of their warranty. Nice job!

The representative John was very helpful he called prior to arrival and called me afterwards to give me an update. He noted I had a pipe that was dripping water underneath the house and took a picture and sent to me so I can have my handyman investigate. He also found boards underneath the house that had fungus and recommended a treatment that his office will provide a quote on. He also sent me pictures of this which was very helpful for my husband and I so we could "see " what he was seeing!

Our technician, Jesse, came to us for our initial inspection and treatment. He was polite and courteous, but unfortunately didn't complete the treatment as we'd hoped. We are new homeowners and had a security system put in the day before. Jesse (accidentally) sprayed the cameras- leaving them with blurry spots after the treatment. He also didn't take down the wasps nests I specifically pointed out when he asked about what issues we were having BEFORE the inspection. When applying treatment inside (to an empty house), it was only done in a few select areas- under the kitchen sink for example. (I'll be double checking with Lookout to see if whole house treatment was on our invoice) Long story short- very polite technician, but I will be following up with the company for treatment/cleanup of the wasp nests that were forgotten. UPDATE: Lookout was very communicative on getting another technician and an inspector out to us in a timely manner. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and very helpful and answered any questions we had.

So far we’ve had great service. We’ve had several technicians come out. Alejandro was the first technician, he was very polite and thorough when looking and spraying for ants. Phillip Williams came out to look at the fungus that needed treated in the crawlspace, he was polite and helpful. Another man came to do the fungus treatment, I didn’t catch his name, but he was also polite and helpful. This morning Kevin was our technician, he sprayed for ants, very polite and helpful. They have always been on time, and the office staff is easy to communicate with.

Matthew always does an amazing job. He comes in, works quickly and efficiently, and still takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. If any issues come up, he makes it clear that I can always reach out to him. He’s truly a pleasant and professional person to welcome into my home. I’ve lived here for three years and have never had any pest issues. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Just had a service done by Chris, they were very warm and welcoming and made everything very easy and convenient. I recently, got a pet and they were very educational on how the treatment was safe to use with animals, which made me feel very comfortable. Lookout has been very kind to me in this whole process of keeping pests away and I definitely would recommend them

I had an urgent pest issue at my elderly parent’s home, and the team was outstanding. Michael, the service manager, quickly arranged next-day service, and Chris, the technician, went above and beyond. He texted when he was on his way, arrived promptly, used a flashlight to inspect carefully, and treated the problem thoroughly. I really appreciated their teamwork, professionalism, and quick response — excellent service all around.
