So we have/had a situation with rats. I called terminix and Orkin. First of all both companies wanted to postpone their initial visit a couple of days. We had rats!!! Did not want to wait even one day let alone days. The folks at Lady bug fielded my call Thursday evening and by 11 am Friday morning they had the job complete. Fast, thorough, not to mention about 1/2 the cost and the part that I thought was very impressive , the dude, I believe his name is Thomas, he made me aware of other services that they provide, however he did not try to tell me I needed something that I didn’t need. Can’t say the same for Terminix. I appreciate the prompt honest service. Totally recommend if you are having similar issues, these guys are awesome

Not only are the owners, friendly and responsive, but every single technician that has come out to spray the yard has been courteous, attentive and respectful of property, including animals on the property. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Simply AMAZING !!! This is the second time John service our home. Very professional and he doesn’t rush the service. He spent about an hour in the house spraying inside and out including cabinets, windows, doors. He even sprayed my garage attic. Took the time to clean spider webs and spider eggs. Also John spotted a rare fly infestation in one of our trees outside and treated it. He used a total of 3 different products while explaining each one of them with attention to detail. I trust this pest control company with my eyes closed because THEY CARE !!!! Thank you John Di Constanzo and LydyBug Pest Control.
